摘要:本文根據(jù)自己設(shè)計(jì)的商務(wù)英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式,以綜合英語課程為例,對(duì)《Starting a business》一課進(jìn)行課前和課中教學(xué)內(nèi)容詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),形成了商務(wù)英語專業(yè)特色的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),希望能為高職院校商務(wù)英語教學(xué)研究提供一定幫助。

一、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂內(nèi)涵
翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂就是把需要教師在課堂上的新授內(nèi)容讓學(xué)生先自主學(xué)習(xí),把練習(xí)訓(xùn)練放到課堂,并在教師和同學(xué)的相互討論、相互協(xié)作中完成,此過程優(yōu)化了知識(shí)的內(nèi)化過程,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生為課堂主體,教師為組織者,指導(dǎo)者的角色轉(zhuǎn)換。
二、商務(wù)英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式
筆者曾在《科技創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)報(bào)》發(fā)表《高職院校商務(wù)英語專業(yè)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式初探》一文,1文中根據(jù)商務(wù)英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),融合了鐘曉流提出的太極環(huán)式翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模型和杰姬·格斯丁(Gerstein,2011)構(gòu)建的一個(gè)環(huán)形翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模型,嘗試構(gòu)建符合商務(wù)英語教學(xué)特點(diǎn)的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模型 (見圖1)。該模型仍然由課前和課中組成,把課前和課中分成四個(gè)階段,即教學(xué)部署、自主學(xué)習(xí)、實(shí)踐運(yùn)用、成果評(píng)價(jià),其中教學(xué)部署、自主學(xué)習(xí)屬于課前,實(shí)踐運(yùn)用、成果評(píng)價(jià)屬于課中。

三、綜合英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
1、課前內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)(教學(xué)部署)
首先分析學(xué)習(xí)者,本課程的授課對(duì)象是商務(wù)英語專業(yè)高職三年級(jí)的學(xué)生。經(jīng)過前兩年學(xué)習(xí)該年級(jí)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)能力方面具備基本的聽、說、讀、寫能力,但大部分學(xué)生實(shí)踐運(yùn)用能力薄弱,他們樂于參加課堂活動(dòng),有表演熱情,有創(chuàng)造力,但缺乏鉆研探究精神。其次確定教學(xué)目標(biāo),本節(jié)課需要學(xué)生運(yùn)用公司信息常用句型并表達(dá),學(xué)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)公司信息且流利陳述,通過對(duì)公司信息設(shè)計(jì)、成果展示、協(xié)作活動(dòng)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解決問題能力,培育創(chuàng)新思維、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。然后,教學(xué)視頻準(zhǔn)備。準(zhǔn)備教學(xué)視頻有兩種途徑,一是使用網(wǎng)上優(yōu)秀教學(xué)資源,二是教師自行錄制,而自己錄制視頻對(duì)教師自身提出較大挑戰(zhàn)。本次教學(xué)視頻是筆者自行錄制,經(jīng)過多次練習(xí)反復(fù)錄制和請(qǐng)教信息系同事,最終錄成大約25分鐘符合本節(jié)課教學(xué)目標(biāo)和順應(yīng)學(xué)生學(xué)情的視頻。最后課前練習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)。課前練習(xí)有助于檢測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)視頻學(xué)習(xí)的理解程度,讓學(xué)生及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)疑惑,并記錄下來由教師在課堂統(tǒng)一解決。本次課的課前練習(xí)是讓學(xué)生先設(shè)計(jì)公司標(biāo)志,并用英文陳述該標(biāo)志所代表意義。
2、課中活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)(實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,成果評(píng)價(jià))
課中活動(dòng)就是讓學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)公司信息并用英文陳述,這一活動(dòng)包括實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,成果展示和評(píng)價(jià)。2翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂最大的好處就是增強(qiáng)了師生之間的交互和學(xué)生之間的交互。協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交互的有效途徑,在翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂中,一定要加強(qiáng)協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)。該班級(jí)有30位學(xué)生,分成6組,一組5位學(xué)生,學(xué)生間有協(xié)作分工,有的負(fù)責(zé)畫出公司產(chǎn)品,有的負(fù)責(zé)公司信息陳述,有的負(fù)責(zé)主設(shè)計(jì),有的負(fù)責(zé)查閱資料等,由學(xué)生自行安排。實(shí)踐運(yùn)用過程是學(xué)生將知識(shí)內(nèi)化過程,將所學(xué)知識(shí)充分運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中去,因此這一過程很重要,需要教師在不打擾學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)程的情況下給予高度關(guān)注和適當(dāng)指導(dǎo)。準(zhǔn)備完后各組按照先前抽簽結(jié)果順序展示自己學(xué)習(xí)成果,教師予以適當(dāng)點(diǎn)評(píng)和鼓勵(lì),筆者在學(xué)生展示過程中錄下視頻,以便學(xué)生課后交流所用。評(píng)價(jià)是總結(jié)學(xué)習(xí)成果的最重要階段,要多維評(píng)價(jià),不僅教師評(píng),還有學(xué)生自評(píng),學(xué)生間互評(píng),在評(píng)價(jià)過程中對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)反復(fù)總結(jié),這學(xué)生知識(shí)內(nèi)化及其重要。

Check the exercise and collect the problems
1. Check students exercise to see if they have a good understanding of the knowledge after watching the video.
2. Find out the problems they made in the exercise.
3. Collect the difficult points the students sent in order to solve them together in the class.

1. Ask students to make self-evaluation about their own performance according to four standards, that is, concrete company information, creative design, fluent presentation and good team work.
2. Encourage them to evaluate others performance

四、總結(jié)
高職院校商務(wù)英語專業(yè)綜合英語課程翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),充分發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的課前自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,把利于知識(shí)內(nèi)化的學(xué)生活動(dòng)放在課堂,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)能力、解決問題的能力和創(chuàng)新精神。筆者設(shè)計(jì)的商務(wù)英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)案例希望能為高職院校商務(wù)英語教學(xué)研究提供一定幫助。
