潮灣型近岸海域污染物入海通量與混合帶響應(yīng)關(guān)系

摘要:基于美國普林斯頓大學(xué)三維變邊界 ( ECOM3D)建立了海州灣水動(dòng)力水質(zhì)模型,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明該模型較好地描述了此海域M2(太陰主要半日分潮)分潮的潮流場和污染物濃度場時(shí)空分布特點(diǎn)。據(jù)此建立的污染物CODCr入海通量與混合帶響應(yīng)函數(shù)關(guān)系,可以為環(huán)境管理部門進(jìn)行潮灣型海域的水質(zhì)管理、污染物總量控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Relationship between waste discharge amount and length of pollution zone of the offshore area in the tidal bay

Abstract:A hydrodynamic water quality model of the Haizhou Bay was established using the threedimensional model with variable boundaries (ECOM3D) developed by Princeton University.The computation results can characterize the temporal and spatial distributions of the tidal current field of M2 tide (major lunar semidiurnal tide) and pollutant transportation field in the offshore area of Haizhou Bay.On the basis,the relationship between the discharge amount of CODCr and length of pollution zone was developed,which can provide the scientific basis for the environmental administration to perform water quality management and pollution control of total discharge in the tidal bay area.

海州灣位于江蘇省連云港東部、山東省日照市南部的黃海海域,屬正規(guī)半日潮,潮灘面積寬闊,有著豐富的海洋生物資源。近年來,隨著江蘇沿海大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,蘇北連云港地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,陸域工業(yè)廢水排放量顯著增加,農(nóng)業(yè)面源和生活污水排放量也是日益增加。這些廢水及污染物通過沙旺河口、臨洪河口等[1]入海河口進(jìn)入海域,導(dǎo)致海域赤潮災(zāi)害呈現(xiàn)頻次增多,面積擴(kuò)大,損失加重的趨勢(shì)[2],因此,解決海州灣近海水環(huán)境污染問題已是迫在眉捷。

大量研究表明,利用數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行水環(huán)境數(shù)值模擬和預(yù)測是研究和解決水環(huán)境問題的重要手段[36]。本文根據(jù)海州灣地形、地貌以及潮流特征,基于美國普林斯頓大學(xué)(ECOM3D)水量水質(zhì)模型[78],模擬了海州灣近岸海域水動(dòng)力和污染物濃度時(shí)空分布情況,然后根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果建立了排污量與混合帶長度之間的響應(yīng)函數(shù)關(guān)系,從時(shí)間和空間上描述排污口排污量變化對(duì)岸線水域水質(zhì)的影響程度,旨在為今后海州灣乃至全國其他類似海灣的水質(zhì)管理、污染物總量控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

根據(jù)前文建立的水量水質(zhì)模型,一定的排污量必然在排放口及周邊海域形成一個(gè)混合帶?;旌蠋侵概盼劭诟浇廴疚镏饕芎S蛳♂尰旌系任锢韮艋饔茫宜|(zhì)允許超標(biāo)的海域,其相應(yīng)的岸線長度為混合帶長度。即入海通量與混合帶之間必然存在一個(gè)響應(yīng)關(guān)系,其數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系為

響應(yīng)關(guān)系曲線,為今后海州灣區(qū)域及其他類似海灣的水質(zhì)管理、污染物總量控制提供了依據(jù)。
