2014泰國（重慶）投資說明會在渝舉行

6月19日，2014泰國（重慶）投資說明會在渝舉行，向重慶企業(yè)介紹泰國的投資環(huán)境與政策，并呼吁重慶農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、礦業(yè)、輕工業(yè)、機械制造、電子和電器、化工、服務業(yè)等7類渝企赴泰國投資，通過投資東盟物流中心的泰國進軍東盟。

泰國駐成都總領事郭梅特稱，2012年-2014年聯(lián)合國貿(mào)易發(fā)展會議(UNCTAD)把泰國列為世界最佳投資目的地第8名，世界銀行也把泰國列為亞洲地區(qū)經(jīng)商容易程度排名第一的國家，2015年是中泰正式建立外交關系的40周年，兩地在政治、經(jīng)濟、貿(mào)易、投資、旅游方面的合作廣泛，建立了長期的戰(zhàn)略合作關系。

“盡管目前泰國政局發(fā)生了變化，但政府積極吸引海外投資的策略不會改變，同時也將保證海外企業(yè)在泰國的各項權益和投資回報?！惫诽卣f，泰國作為東盟國家物流運輸中心，有明顯的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢。同時，為迎接2015年即將實現(xiàn)的東盟經(jīng)濟一體化，泰國政府正在加強航空、陸運、海運物流方面建設。他希望能幫助重慶企業(yè)了解泰國的投資情況和經(jīng)濟潛力。

“農(nóng)業(yè)、礦產(chǎn)業(yè)、輕工制造業(yè)、金屬產(chǎn)品、機械等是投資泰國的優(yōu)惠待遇行業(yè)?！睋?jù)泰國投資促進委員會上海辦事處主任瓦查麗·廷塔妮介紹，泰國勞動力豐富、技術工人充足，“重慶力帆和重慶宗申兩大摩托車制造企業(yè)已在泰國投資設廠。”2014年泰國政府將致力于把泰國打造成為世界第9大汽車制造國，希望能夠吸引更多重慶汽車制造、機械設備、電子與電氣等方向的企業(yè)到泰國投資。

瓦查麗·廷塔妮還介紹了不少泰國投資的優(yōu)惠政策，對于以上7類企業(yè),泰國有明確的投資獎勵政策,包括減免3到8年的公司所得稅、減免機器進口稅、減免出口產(chǎn)品所需的進口原料免稅、不限制外商的持股量、不規(guī)定出口額、外商可以公司的名義購買土地并擁有土地所有權、允許引進外國專家和專業(yè)人士來泰工作等。

2014 Thailand (CQ) Investment Seminar Held in Chongqing

2014 Thailand (CQ) investment seminar was held in Chongqing on June19 to introduce Thailand's investment environment and policies to Chongqing companies, Chongqing enterprises such as agricultural, mining, light industry, machinery manufacturing, electronics and electrical, chemical, service etc were invited to invest in Thailand and entered ASEAN.

Thailand's Consul General in Chengdu, Mr.JG.KOMATE KA-MALANAVIN said, the United Nations Conference on trade and development (UNCTAD) listed Thailand as the8th best investment destination in the world in2012-2014, the World Bank put Thailand as No.1 easily doing business country in Asia, in2015 is the40th anniversary of Thai of fi cially established diplomatic relations with China, both sides have wide cooperation in politics, economy, trade, investment and tourism and established a long-term strategic partnership.

"Although Thailand politics has changed, government's strategy for attracting foreign investment will not change, but also ensure that overseas enterprises in Thailand of their equity and return on investment.”Mr.JG.KOMATE KA-MALANAVIN said. He hopes to help Chongqing companies understand Thailand's investment and economic potential.

"Agriculture, mining industry, light manufacturing, fabricated metal products, machinery are areas with preferential treatment in Thailand. ”According to the Director of Thailand Board of investment Shanghai Of fi ce, Thailand has rich labor, skilled workers, Chongqing Lifan and Zongshen of both motorcycle manufacturers have set up factories in Thailand. ”2014 Thailand government will work to make Thailand become the world's9th largest automobile producer, hopes to attract more Chongqing automobile manufacturing, machinery, electronic and electrical businesses to invest in Thailand.
