1.1研究材料
1.2研究方法
1.2.1 樣品處理及觀察
將野外采集的新鮮標(biāo)本置于解剖鏡下取下整個(gè)觸角,用超聲波清洗儀處理5 min,然后在體積分?jǐn)?shù)為50%~100%的乙醇溶液中逐級(jí)脫水,首先將處理好的觸角樣品置于超景深三維數(shù)碼顯微鏡(VHX-100型,日本基恩氏公司)下觀察觸角完整形態(tài)并拍照;之后再用導(dǎo)電膠帶將觸角固定在樣品臺(tái)上并在干燥鍋中干燥5~7 d,然后進(jìn)行離子濺射處理,將鍍金后的樣品放在中科科儀公司KYKY-2800B型掃描電子顯微鏡下觀察并記錄.
1.2.2 感器類(lèi)型鑒定
觸角感器類(lèi)型的鑒定參考Schneider[2]和Zacharuk[3-5]的命名系統(tǒng).

2.2.1 毛形感器(trichodea sensilla,TS)
毛形感器為分布數(shù)量最多的1類(lèi)感器,根據(jù)其形狀變化分為5種亞類(lèi)型:
1)毛形感器Ⅰ(TS1):著生于表皮凹陷的基窩內(nèi),與觸角表面形成30~60°夾角,細(xì)長(zhǎng),端部尖細(xì),基部直徑約7.0 μm,長(zhǎng)為84.0~243.0 μm,主要分布于♀性觸角的柄節(jié)和梗節(jié)周?chē)?圖2c);
2.2.2 刺形感器(chaetica sensilla,CS)
其形態(tài)、著生方式同毛形感器(TS2),但較毛形感器剛直挺立,明顯長(zhǎng)于其他感器,基部直徑約3.0 μm,長(zhǎng)約34.5 μm,稀疏分布于♀性的鞭節(jié),數(shù)量較少(圖2b).
2.2.3 指形感器(digit-like sensilla,DS)
感器直立于表皮的基窩內(nèi),形似手指,粗短,端部鈍圓,根據(jù)其形狀變化分為2種亞類(lèi)型:

分布數(shù)量?jī)H次于毛形感器,根據(jù)其形狀變化分為3種亞類(lèi)型:

藍(lán)綠齒角芫菁♀性觸角表面感器的分布與中華豆芫菁♀性表面有相似之處,DS(中華豆芫菁Epicautachinensis為BS)均大量出現(xiàn)于第3節(jié)側(cè)緣,從該節(jié)開(kāi)始漸向其他鞭節(jié)的背面蔓延,并與TS相間分布[7].其DS與松褐天牛的[6]相似,推測(cè)其具有味覺(jué)功能.其末鞭節(jié)基部的TS5較粗短,與其他部位的TS形狀明顯不同,密度也較大,推測(cè)其感受信息的能力應(yīng)與其他TS有顯著的差別.

There is great difference between the shape of antenna each of male and femaleCerocomaschreberiFabricius adults. The male adults have club-like antenna, while the shape of female adult’s antenna is irregular. This paper described this sexual dimorphism of the shape of the antenna ofC.schreberiFabricius adults based on the scanning electron microscopic observation and analyses. It showed that totally 11 types of sensilia, which were grouped into 4 categories, were observed, including 5 trichiform sensilla (TS), 3 chaetiform sensilla (CS), 1 digit-like sensillum (DS), 1 basiconic sensillum (BS). The BS3, TS2 and DS1 type are present in two sexes. Most of these were trichoform sensilla and digit-like sensilla. Significant difference in types, amount and distribution of sensilla was found between two sexes.
