摘要： 供熱分戶計量是一種按流量收取取暖費的供熱方式，供熱量通過讀取用戶熱表參數(shù)確定。在供熱管理信息系統(tǒng)中，供熱分戶計量的管理是極為重要的組成模塊。文章介紹了供熱分戶計量信息化管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計思路與實現(xiàn)方法。

Design and implementation of household heating measurement and information management system

Abstract： Household heating measurement is a way of charging heating fee according to quantity of heat flow and the quantity is determined through reading users meter. In the management system of heating information, household heating measurement plays an important role. The design ideas and implementation methods are described in this paper.
