摘 要:相干控制是近年來國際上的一個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn)。本文采用了飛秒相干控制技術(shù)對新型無序稀土材料摻鉺鋅鈮碲酸鹽玻璃(ZnO-Nb2O5-TeO2:Er2O3)上轉(zhuǎn)換熒光相干控制及其作為超快光開關(guān)材料關(guān)鍵因素:熒光強(qiáng)度及響應(yīng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析與探索,并對其作為高速光開關(guān)材料的可能性與實(shí)用性進(jìn)行了簡要的展望。
