According to preliminary plan, during the“Twelfth Five Year Plan” period, Luzhou Grid will newly add 2,400,000 KVA of transforming capacity at 35 KV and above grade, with 912 km line distance, newly add 360,000 KVA in distributing capacity at 10 KV and below grade, with 696 km line distance, its investment in power grid will reach 2.491 billion yuan.

It has been learned that the Luzhou “Twelfth Five Year” Grid Plan compiled by Sichuan Provincial Power Company will follow the guideline of uniform planning, coordinated development, moderately forward-looking plan,and rational economics, in order to meet the power demand in Luzhou for fast social and economic development. Wherein, in the aspect of 220 KV power grid construction and planning, it will newly add two 220 KV substations, expand 2 substations, and upgrade one substation, with which it will enable Luzhou Grid to develop two 220 KV double loop grid based on 500 KV voltage grade; in the aspect of 110 KV grid construction and planning, it will newly add 12 substations, and expand one substation, and upgrade one substation.
