“重慶像一只鳳凰”

從2009年瀨野先生來(lái)渝就任日本國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事至今，已有兩年的時(shí)間，兩年的重慶生活讓瀨野總領(lǐng)事感受頗深?！皠倎?lái)重慶時(shí)，四周都是老房子，現(xiàn)在舊房子都拆掉了，取而代之的是高樓，重慶的發(fā)展非?？臁！睘|野總領(lǐng)事非常激動(dòng)，他表示，重慶就像是中國(guó)的一個(gè)縮影，有山有水、四通八達(dá)、充滿生氣。尤其是重慶的危樓改造和綠化發(fā)展讓他印象最深。

“如果要用一個(gè)動(dòng)物來(lái)形容重慶，我想是鳳凰?！睘|野總領(lǐng)事的這番話讓我頓生疑惑：“為什么會(huì)是鳳凰呢？”他不緊不慢地解釋道：“鳳凰又稱‘不死鳥’。重慶擁有3000多年的歷史文化，占據(jù)著重要的位置，也是戰(zhàn)時(shí)的陪都，在經(jīng)過(guò)幾千年的風(fēng)雨歷練后重慶獲得新生，發(fā)展成為一座舉世聞名的大都市，就這一點(diǎn)來(lái)看，就像我們所說(shuō)的鳳凰涅槃，再生輝煌?！苯?jīng)過(guò)他的一番講解，讓作為重慶人的我恍然大悟，同時(shí)對(duì)瀨野總領(lǐng)事?lián)碛械纳詈竦闹袊?guó)文化底蘊(yùn)贊嘆不已。

IT、環(huán)保等新興日本企業(yè)入駐重慶

談到日本與重慶的聯(lián)系，瀨野總領(lǐng)事稱，很多日本人對(duì)重慶的認(rèn)識(shí)與了解仍停留在懷舊階段，只知道這是一個(gè)在上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代以重工業(yè)為主的工業(yè)城市。所以之后的主要任務(wù)就是通過(guò)電視，網(wǎng)絡(luò)和開展文化交流，向日本人民介紹一個(gè)新的、正在崛起的重慶。

近年來(lái)，重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展奪人眼球，更多日本人開始關(guān)注這塊中國(guó)內(nèi)陸的腹地。在重慶發(fā)展的日本企業(yè)以汽車、摩托車行業(yè)為主，如鈴木、雅馬哈等汽摩企業(yè)，發(fā)展形勢(shì)非常好。伴隨世界500強(qiáng)巨頭日本伊藤忠，以及一些IT、生物技術(shù)等日本高新技術(shù)企業(yè)相繼入駐，日本企業(yè)在重慶涉足的領(lǐng)域已更加廣闊。

談到剛來(lái)重慶不久的“羅森”便利店，瀨野總領(lǐng)事也很欣慰。“羅森”便利店在上海做得很成功，已經(jīng)有350家分店，當(dāng)時(shí)公司考慮在中國(guó)的第二個(gè)城市應(yīng)該選擇哪里，是北京還是天津？最后卻是重慶。去年8月在北部新區(qū)開設(shè)第一個(gè)店以來(lái)，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有10家店，當(dāng)聽記者提到羅森的“關(guān)東煮”時(shí)，他驚奇地問(wèn)道：“重慶朋友也叫這個(gè)‘關(guān)東煮’嗎？可以聽懂？在日本又叫ODEN,音譯過(guò)來(lái)叫‘熬點(diǎn)’?！睘|野總領(lǐng)事一臉微笑，雙手緊握，放在膝蓋上，略有所思地想了想，似乎還沉浸在對(duì)這個(gè)詞語(yǔ)的研究中。

隨著中國(guó)西部大開發(fā)進(jìn)入第二個(gè)十年，重慶兩江新區(qū)獲批，全球的目光都集中到重慶，日本也不例外。瀨野總領(lǐng)事表示，兩江新區(qū)的成立對(duì)日本的企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)是很好的機(jī)遇，日本對(duì)華投資的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)正從沿海地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移到內(nèi)陸地區(qū)。在選擇內(nèi)陸城市上，重慶是具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的城市之一。尤其是渝新歐鐵路建成以后，通過(guò)這條國(guó)際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)大通道運(yùn)輸貨物，運(yùn)行費(fèi)比航空節(jié)省、運(yùn)到時(shí)限比海運(yùn)縮短，重慶的便利交通位置更顯突出。

瀨野總領(lǐng)事表示，未來(lái)仍將以發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)為重，“很多去日本旅游的重慶游客回來(lái)以后都對(duì)日本嘖嘖稱贊，他們很喜歡日本，尤其是今年9月1日起，日本再度放寬中國(guó)公民赴日個(gè)人旅游簽證的申請(qǐng)條件，這也讓想去日本旅游的中國(guó)游客更方便?！睘|野總領(lǐng)事熱切希望更多的朋友來(lái)日本旅游，了解日本。

愛(ài)說(shuō)中文，愛(ài)吃火鍋

在我們的交談過(guò)程中，瀨野總領(lǐng)事流利的中文讓人敬佩，不僅是因?yàn)樗梢詼?zhǔn)確地用中文表達(dá)自己的意思，還因?yàn)樗梢允炀氝\(yùn)用中國(guó)的古語(yǔ)、成語(yǔ)，這使得他能形象地表達(dá)自己的感受，“三十年河?xùn)|，三十年河西”，“一衣帶水”，“出淤泥而不染”等等。

這樣一位“中國(guó)通”總領(lǐng)事讓人不僅好奇他的中文為什么會(huì)這么棒。瀨野總領(lǐng)事謙遜地笑笑：“沒(méi)有沒(méi)有，我還學(xué)得不夠。我從1976年就來(lái)到中國(guó)，在遼寧大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中文一年，之后便在北京的大使館、上?？傤I(lǐng)事館、香港總領(lǐng)事館、廣州總領(lǐng)事館等工作，中途也有回到東京工作。至今已在中國(guó)斷斷續(xù)續(xù)工作生活了24年多了?！?/p>

在中國(guó)這么多的城市工作生活過(guò)，瀨野總領(lǐng)事總有一番自己的評(píng)價(jià)。每個(gè)城市都有它的特色，北京是中國(guó)的政治文化中心，上海是金融中心、國(guó)際大都市，廣東的菜很好吃，而重慶是一座火辣辣的城市。

說(shuō)到吃，瀨野總領(lǐng)事很激動(dòng)，剛來(lái)重慶的時(shí)候是八月份，在天氣最炎熱的時(shí)候就去吃了重慶老火鍋，“當(dāng)時(shí)就辣的我眼淚直掉，和日本的芥末不同，火鍋的味道更多，除了辣還有麻。剛開始很不習(xí)慣，現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有火鍋就會(huì)很想念?！钡弥貞c現(xiàn)在改用一次性鍋底以后，瀨野總領(lǐng)事也表示很贊成，“一次性火鍋干凈衛(wèi)生，也體現(xiàn)了‘健康重慶’”。

愛(ài)上重慶的背街小巷

作為一個(gè)熱愛(ài)中國(guó)，熱愛(ài)重慶的日本人，瀨野總領(lǐng)事工作之外最大的愛(ài)好，就是走路。幾乎每個(gè)周末，他都會(huì)漫步在重慶的大街小巷?！靶∠锢镉凶顦銓?shí)的民生，小孩蹦跳著玩耍，穿梭在小巷每個(gè)角落；小狗小貓跑來(lái)跑去，人們安居樂(lè)業(yè)；那些背街的巷子，石板路的邊緣長(zhǎng)滿青苔，屋檐下掛著晾曬的衣裳……”瀨野總領(lǐng)事被這種濃郁的生活氣息深深迷戀，這讓他想起了自己的孩童時(shí)代，讓他沒(méi)有一點(diǎn)身在異國(guó)的感覺(jué)。

除此以外，瀨野總領(lǐng)事還喜歡和當(dāng)?shù)氐娜藗兣收?，一起聚餐，了解他們的生活，因?yàn)橹形暮芎?，?dāng)?shù)厝硕家詾樗峭獾厝?，沒(méi)有想到是一位日本友人。

兩年的重慶生活讓瀨野總領(lǐng)事愛(ài)上了重慶，“美”是他對(duì)重慶的唯一贊嘆，美食、美景、美女，這三張名片是名副其實(shí)的，一點(diǎn)都不夸張?！啊貞c’這個(gè)名字有個(gè)很有意思的歇后語(yǔ)，節(jié)日擺壽宴——雙重喜慶，意義非常吉祥?！眒otorcycle industry-based, such as Suzuki, Yamaha and other motorcycle companies, they all develop very well.With some Fortune 500 companies such as Itochu, and some IT, biotechnology and other high-tech enterprises have settled in Chongqing, the area that Japanese companies involved in is much broader.

Mr.SENO said that the establishment of Liangjiang New Area is a good business opportunity to Japan, the development trend of Japanese investment in China is being transferred from the coastal areas to inland areas.Chongqing is one of the competitive city among those inland cities even after the completion of the new Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe Railway, the operating cost is cheaper than by air and the transportation time is shorter than by sea, the transportation in Chongqing is much more convenient and prominent.

Mr.SENO said excitedly:“Chongqing is like a microcosm of China, mountains and rivers, convenient,full of life. New Japanese companies settled in Chongqing

Mr. Seno said that many Japanese people's awareness and understanding of Chongqing is still at the stage of nostalgia; just know that this is a heavy industry city back in 80’s in the last century. So after that the main task is to introduce a new rise of Chongqing to Japanese people through television,networks and cultural exchanges.

Mr.SENO said that he will continue to develop the service industry in the future. “Many Chongqing tourists who travelled back from Japan like Japan very much, especially after September 1st, Japanese government once again broaden the eligibility criteria of individual tourist visa for Chinese citizens, which are more convenient for the Chinese tourists who want to travel to Japan. He hope more Chinese friends travel to Japan to learn more about Japan.

Love Chinese Love Hotpot

I admire Mr.SENO’s fl uent Chinese not only he can accurately express what he wants, but also can he skillfully use the Chinese old idiom, which makes him be able to visualize express his feelings.He smiled modestly, “I didn’t study enough. I came to China in 1976, studied Chinese at Liaoning University, then work in Beijing Embassy, different Consulates General in shanghai,Hong Kong, Guangzhou, etc., I have been living and working in China for more than 24 years. "

After living in so many cities in China, Consul General SENO has his own evaluation of those cities.“Every city has its own characteristics, Beijing is China's political and cultural center, Shanghai is the financial center, international metropolis, the food is delicious in Guangdong, and Chongqing is a hot,spicy city.”

Speaking of food,Mr. SENO is very excited,“ when I first came to Chongqing in August, I tried the local hot pot, I almost cried. But now I miss it so much. “After heard that Chongqing is using one-time pot sauce, he thought it’s clean and sanitary, and also refl ects the“healthy Chongqing”.

Loving the Streets and Lanes in Chongqing

As a Japanese guy who loves China and Chongqing, Consul General SENO’s biggest hobby is to walk. Almost every weekend, he would walk on the streets in Chongqing. "The Lanes has the simplest livelihood, the children are playing,walking every corner in the alley, watching the dogs or cats running around, people live and work peacefully. Which reminds me of my childhood, so I do not feel that I’m in a foreign country.”

Mr. SENO also likes to chat with local people, have dinner with them, to learn about their lives, his Chinese is so good that the locals thought he was just from other city not a Japanese friend.

Mr. SENO fell in love with Chongqing after Two years living in Chongqing.“Beautiful" is his only praise of Chongqing,food, beauty, Beautiful scenery, these are three cards that Chongqing has.
