Remember Your Manners
1. It's none of your business.
你可以說(shuō)Sorry, it's not relevant to you. 或者Sorry, It's private. I can't talk about it.
2. I'm done with you.
在與人共事時(shí),如果工作告一段落,千萬(wàn)不要高興得忘乎所以,隨便開口說(shuō)I'm done with you。 I'm done with you.
OK, we're finished here. 或者You can go, thanks.
3. Shut up.
有時(shí)說(shuō)Can you be a little quieter? 抑或是OK, that's enough.
4. You need to leave now.
You need to leave now?這時(shí)你可以說(shuō)It was nice meeting you. Take care.要么就說(shuō)I'm very sorry. I've no time free at the moment. Goodbye.
When It's Too Late
1. I'm sorry, that didn't come out the way I meant it.
2. Please excuse my English; I still have a lot to learn. I didn't mean to be rude.
3. Oops, that's not the right way to say that, is it? I apologise. Damn my English!
4. I'm so embarrassed! That's not the correct way to say what I wanted to say.
5. It's rude to say that? I'm very sorry. I didn't realize. English isn't my native tongue. Please accept my apologies.
Softening a Sentence
1. I hope you can understand, but …
... I hope you can understand.
Ben, it's none of your business. I hope you can understand.
2. I don't mean to be rude, but …
I don't mean to be rude, but that was a little dumb.
3. Please don't take offense, but …
Please don't take offense, but you need to leave now.
Ps:Be Polite
