During the last few days of March, the cold weather banished thewarm steps of spring inexpectably in north China. However, in thecity of Beijing, the textile and apparel industry welcomed its annualboom period every year: the China International Trade Fair for Fibersand Yarns, the China International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabricsand Accessories (CHIC 2008), the China International Clothing &Accessories; Fair and the 08 S/S Collections Fashion Week.
