摘要：制造企業(yè)的材料采購是很重要的環(huán)節(jié)。本文運用系統(tǒng)的方法，提出了在制造企業(yè)供應鏈采購管理難點和存在的諸多問題，并提出完善信息網(wǎng)絡，建立采購信息數(shù)據(jù)庫；重視采購成本的綜合考慮；從對采購商品的管理轉變?yōu)閷痰墓芾淼炔呗?，期望為制造企業(yè)的采購管理提供借鑒意義。
