從2024年開始，山東實施“創(chuàng)業(yè)齊魯”三年行動，《山東省“創(chuàng)業(yè)齊魯”行動方案（2024-2026年）》提出到2026年，全省扶持創(chuàng)業(yè)30萬人以上，帶動就業(yè)80萬人以上。引導(dǎo)外出人才返鄉(xiāng)、城市人才下鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)，新建和提升改造一批返鄉(xiāng)入鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)園區(qū)。

Shandong province has implemented the “Entrepreneurial Qilu” three-year action plan since 2024. The Shandong Entrepreneurial Qilu Action Plan （2024-2026） proposes that by 2026， the province will support entrepreneurship for more than 300，000 people， creating over 800，000 jobs. The plan also encourages talents to return to their hometowns and urban talents to start businesses in rural areas. A batch of entrepreneurship parks for returnees will be built and upgraded.
