5 While Cullen stood at the dock's edge， other rescuers ran to the Sandy Point BeachResort， grabbed a kayak （皮劃艇） and a canoe， and headed toward the man who wasallegedly not wearing a life vest. The man was drowning， but he somehow managed to grabat the rescuer's kayak.

6“ He was holding on at the point， but I'm surprised he could. It was cold，” Cullensaid“. The look on the guy's face was just blue. I've never seen anything like that.”
