Guidance of Payment Services in Chongqing

Welcome to Chongqing! To ensure your stay here is more enjoyable, the Chongqing Branch of the Peoples Bank of China has already rolled out multiple measures and provided payment services such as bank card, mobile payment, currency exchange, bank account service and e-CNY payment to help overseas visitors enjoy the same hassle-free payment convenience as locals.

歡迎來(lái)到重慶！為打造友好型消費(fèi)環(huán)境，提升支付便利性，人民銀行重慶市分行推出了多項(xiàng)措施，提供外卡受理、移動(dòng)支付、外幣兌換、數(shù)字人民幣支付等服務(wù)，讓境外來(lái)賓在重慶享受便捷支付服務(wù)。

Bank Card Payment

When you want to pay with a bank card issued in your home country, look for logos of UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard and other card clearing organizations displayed at the cashier desk. If you dont see these logos, please inquire with the cashier about whether the bank card issued abroad is accepted. If you have a UnionPay card issued outside the Chinese mainland, it can be used at any merchant equipped with POS terminals in China.

刷卡支付

如果您持有您本國(guó)的銀行卡，可在標(biāo)有銀聯(lián)、Visa、MasterCard等標(biāo)識(shí)的商戶受理使用。如沒(méi)有標(biāo)識(shí)，可向收銀人員咨詢是否可使用。如果您持有銀聯(lián)外卡，在中國(guó)境內(nèi)所有POS商戶均可使用。

Currency Exchange

If you need CNY cash, you can withdraw it from an ATM with the corresponding clearing organization logos using your bank card. You can also exchange foreign currency for CNY cash directly at bank outlets with currency exchange signs, outlets of qualified financial institutions, or self-service exchange machines. Please inguire with the staff about the currencies accepted.

外幣兌換

如果您需要人民幣現(xiàn)金，可通過(guò)您的銀行卡在有對(duì)應(yīng)清算組織標(biāo)識(shí)的 ATM 中提取人民幣現(xiàn)金。也可以在標(biāo)有貨幣兌換標(biāo)識(shí)的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、外幣兌換機(jī)構(gòu)和自助兌換機(jī)直接用外幣現(xiàn)金兌換人民幣現(xiàn)金。可受理的幣種請(qǐng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)咨詢工作人員。

Mobile Payment

You just need to download and register on a payment APP (Alipay/Wexin Pay/UnionPay), and you can make cashless payments from your mobile phone by simply scanning a QR Code. To facilitate mobile payment for overseas visitors, we are now piloting the exemption of collecting identity information for payment products totalling less than USD2,000. For more information, please inquire with the payment service providers.

移動(dòng)支付

您只需先安裝與注冊(cè)一個(gè)支付 APP（支付寶/微信支付/云閃付），就可以使用一部手機(jī)，掃描二維碼，完成便捷的支付過(guò)程。為了便利您更好地使用中國(guó)移動(dòng)支付產(chǎn)品，我們正在試點(diǎn)總額2000美元以下的支付產(chǎn)品免于采集身份信息。相關(guān)信息可向辦理機(jī)構(gòu)咨詢。

Bank Account Service

You may access various financial services, including opening a bank account at the bank outlet, with the following valid identification documents.

1. Mainland Travel Permit for Residents of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions

2. Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents

3. Chinese Passport for Overseas Chinese

4. Passport or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card for Foreign Nationals

銀行賬戶服務(wù)

您可根據(jù)自身情況，持下列有效證件前往銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)辦理開(kāi)立銀行賬戶等金融業(yè)務(wù)。

1.香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)居民為港澳居民往來(lái)內(nèi)地通行證。

2.臺(tái)灣地區(qū)居民為臺(tái)灣居民來(lái)往大陸通行證。

3.定居國(guó)外的中國(guó)公民為中國(guó)護(hù)照。

4.外國(guó)公民為護(hù)照或者外國(guó)人永久居留身份證。

E-CNY Payment

You can register on the e-CNY APP and create a digital wallet using your overseas phone number. Then you can top up the wallet with Visa or Mastercard. Any remaining balance in the wallet can be transferred back to your overseas bank card.

數(shù)字人民幣支付

您可使用境外手機(jī)號(hào)在數(shù)字人民幣APP注冊(cè)并開(kāi)通數(shù)字人民幣錢包，使用Visa或MasterCard充值后使用，后續(xù)錢包中如有余額，可存回境外卡。
