仙境煙臺，天藍(lán)海碧，只此青綠。

向“綠”而行，綠色“種子”已根植于這座城市的基因。8月28日—30日，2023綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展大會將在煙臺舉行，這是一個以綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展為主題的國際性盛會。

煙臺，由此進(jìn)入了“綠色低碳”時間。

綠，是生命的原色，是活力的象征，綠水青山就是金山銀山。煙臺是一個有品質(zhì)的城市，更是綠意盎然的城市。自2017-2022年，煙臺地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值年均增速5.8%，增幅全省第一；與此同時，煙臺單位GDP二氧化碳排放量下降43%，降幅全省第一。在全國低碳城市試點中期評估中，煙臺得分位列全國第三名。

煙臺群山環(huán)抱層巒疊翠，全市森林覆蓋率達(dá)36.3%，居山東省首位。長島、棲霞入選國家第三批“綠水青山就是金山銀山”實踐創(chuàng)新基地，昆崳山國家自然保護(hù)區(qū)赤松林入選“中國最美森林”。

煙臺山水縈繞海河相連，120多條河流似“綠絲帶”般蜿蜒靈動、匯聚入海。水清岸綠，河暢景美，一條條“美麗河湖”已成為煙臺人的“幸福之源”。

藍(lán)的天，藍(lán)的海，“煙臺藍(lán)”是煙臺引以為豪的城市名片。在煙臺，“藍(lán)天白云、繁星閃爍”的天數(shù)年均達(dá)300天以上。

2022年，煙臺全市空氣質(zhì)量綜合指數(shù)改善幅度全省第一，優(yōu)良天數(shù)比例達(dá)到88.8%。

如今，“最佳中國魅力城市”、“國家園林城市”、“國家森林城市”、“全國綠化模范城市”、“全國水生態(tài)文明城市”……一個個“綠色桂冠”，是煙臺綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展最生動的注腳。

行走在仙境海岸，抬頭可見“煙臺藍(lán)”，環(huán)顧滿目“怡人綠”，處處是岱青海藍(lán)、山清水秀的生態(tài)美景。煙臺，正用“綠色低碳”重墨摹畫城市發(fā)展底色。

Green is the primary color of life and a symbol of vitality. Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver. Yantai is a quality city as well as a green city. From 2017 to 2022， the average annual growth rate of Yantais GDP was 5.8% and the carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP decreased by 43%， both of which are the highest in Shandong. In the mid-term assessment of national low-carbon pilot cities， Yantai ranked third in the country in terms of scores.

Surrounded by green mountains， Yantai has a forest coverage rate of 36.3%， ranking first in Shandong. Changdao Island and Qixia have been selected as the third batch of Chinas practical innovation bases of“Clear Waters and Green Mountains”， and the red pine forest in Kunyu Mountain National Nature Reserve has been selected as the “Most Beautiful Forest in China”.
