On March 26 of this year， China and Honduras officially signed a Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Between the Peoples Republic of China and the Republic of Honduras and decided to recognize each other and establish diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level， effective from the date of signature of this communiqué. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations， the two countries have continuously deepened their ties in various fields， including culture and academia. From the end of April to early May， the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Peoples Republic of China coordinated a visit for a delegation of representatives from mainstream Honduran media outlets. This marked the Honduran delegations first official visit to China since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government has actively promoted theme-focused education on the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and deeply implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy. From May 1 to May 3， the office actively cooperated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive a delegation of 15 representatives from mainstream Honduran media outlets who visited Chongqing. The delegation was introduced to the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Chongqings practice of Chinese modernization， which helped to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. Zhang Yaqian， Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， and the Information Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government accompanied the visit.

During their visit to Chongqing， the delegation visited the Chongqing Planning Exhibition Gallery， the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall， the Smart City Operations Management Center of Jiangbei District， and Haifu Medical Technology Co.， Ltd. The delegation also visited Daguan Town in Nanchuan District， where they toured the Blueberry Demonstration Base， Hualv Biological Technology Co.， Ltd.， the Zhu Family Courtyard， and Dakoo Origin， a rural cultural tourism complex. The visit provided the delegation with insights into Chongqings successful practices and experiences in urban planning， rural revitalization， ecological agriculture， happy rural dwelling， and grassroots governance.

The members of the delegation had a lot to say about Chongqing：

“Chongqing has a very developed three-dimensional transportation network， with more than 10，000 bridges built， which is amazing.”

“Chongqings agriculture is really something special. Theyve done a great job of boosting farmers incomes through their agricultural base. With many mountains， Honduras is also a big player in agricultural production and attaches great importance to agriculture. We hope that both sides can cooperate on technical assistance and training to bring Chinas planting experience and intelligent planting systems to Honduras and help Honduras achieve better development.”

“The Zhu Family Courtyard is a great example of how China prioritizes both individual development and the integration of people and technology in its development process. I hope that such developmental experiences can also be promoted in Honduras.”

The Honduran media representatives commended Chinas high-quality development achievements in modernization and expressed their admiration for Chongqings efforts and accomplishments in infrastructure， rural revitalization， ecological agriculture， and grassroots governance. They expressed their hope to strengthen friendly exchanges between Honduras and Chongqing in areas such as infrastructure， modern agriculture， and media cooperation.

洪都拉斯主流媒體團(tuán)訪問重慶

今年3月26日，中國同洪都拉斯正式簽署《中華人民共和國和洪都拉斯共和國關(guān)于建立外交關(guān)系的聯(lián)合公報(bào)》，決定自公報(bào)簽署之日起相互承認(rèn)并建立大使級外交關(guān)系。建交以來，兩國在人文、學(xué)術(shù)等各領(lǐng)域不斷加深交流。4月底至5月初，外交部組織的洪都拉斯主流媒體代表團(tuán)來華訪問，這是洪都拉斯與中國建交后的首個(gè)訪華代表團(tuán)。

市政府外辦扎實(shí)推動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想主題教育，深入踐行習(xí)近平外交思想，5月1日至3日，積極配合外交部接待洪都拉斯主流媒體代表團(tuán)一行15人訪問重慶，對外宣介黨的二十大精神和中國式現(xiàn)代化重慶實(shí)踐，增進(jìn)兩國人民相互了解和友誼。市政府外辦副主任張婭茜、新聞處全程陪同參訪。

訪渝期間，代表團(tuán)先后參訪市規(guī)劃展覽館、紅巖革命紀(jì)念館、江北區(qū)智慧城市運(yùn)營管理中心、海扶醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司，并重點(diǎn)考察了南川區(qū)大觀鎮(zhèn)，包括大觀鎮(zhèn)藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)示范基地、華綠生物科技有限公司、朱家院子及“大觀原點(diǎn)”農(nóng)文旅融合游客集散中心等，了解重慶在城市規(guī)劃、鄉(xiāng)村振興、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、幸福農(nóng)居、新農(nóng)村基層治理等領(lǐng)域的做法及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

代表團(tuán)成員紛紛有感而發(fā)：

“重慶有非常發(fā)達(dá)的立體交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)，建有一萬余座橋梁，讓人嘆為觀止?！?/p>

“重慶的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展很有特色，基地帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶增收方面做得很好。洪都拉斯也是一個(gè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)大國，很重視農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)，也有很多山，希望雙方可以開展技術(shù)援助、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)方面的合作，將中國的種植經(jīng)驗(yàn)、智能的種植系統(tǒng)帶到洪都拉斯，幫助洪都拉斯實(shí)現(xiàn)更好發(fā)展?！?/p>

“朱家院子是很好的實(shí)踐，體現(xiàn)出國家在發(fā)展進(jìn)程中同時(shí)注重個(gè)人的發(fā)展，注重人與技術(shù)的融合，希望這樣的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)也能在洪都拉斯得到推廣。”
