Svolt Energy Invests RMB 17 Billion In Constructing A Lithium Battery Zero Carbon Industry Park In Sichuan

In mid-June, Sichuan Dazhou Municipal People's Government and Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. entered into a lithium battery zero carbon project agreement in Chengdu. The both parties plan to invest RMB 17 billion in constructing in Dazhou Gaoxin District lithium iron phosphate and cobalt free cathode material production line, lithium iron phosphate precursor and electrolyte production line, and battery recycling and disassembly production line and relevant supporting facilities, so as to build a closed loop industry chain and ecological industry park that utilize battery field as carrier and involve upstream and downstream lithium battery material and lithium battery end field. Energy chemical industry is one of the three RMB 100-billion-grade industries that Dazhou is making intensive efforts in. Relying on rich lithium potassium, phosphoric acid, sulfur and ammonia resources in Dazhou, the industry park is making comprehensive efforts new energy fields such as constructing full lithium battery industry chain, lithium potassium development and energy storage battery projects. According to responsible person from Svolt Energy, after completion, the project will become one of the most important new energy supporting industry in southwest region, together with Svolt Energy Chengdu and Suining bases.
