Qingdao has not only lofty mountains and rolling sea waves, but also city charm.
In Qingdao in July, there are lucid waters, calm waves, high clouds and flying birds.Everything is just right. On the Qingdao landing stage, there might be one or two seagulls flying overhead. At that moment, you could feel the breath of summer. In such summer days, rolling waves could sweep everything away, including all the unquiet elements of life.
Those who like the sea are all broad-minded,and generous in life.Everything in life is connected to fuel, rice, cooking oil and salt.Seafood and beer embody the perfect interpretation of the old saying:“One has to make use of local resources available,”uttered by the people of Qingdao. When all sorts of seafood appear on plates, the natives’ respect for nature is reflected incisively and vividly.
It is flowery in spring and has the bright moon in autumn;it is bathed in cool summer breezes and snows in winter. In Qingdao,July is the most pleasant and intoxicating time.In spare time, you may walk down the old streets to see those Western buildings in different styles, and visit those literary and art shops filled with shopkeepers’ creativity;or go to the bay to see sunrise and sunset over the sea,and casually feed those sea elves (gulls);or take a seat in a seaside bookshop to enjoy your afternoon with a cup of coffee and a book...Whether it is surprising or common, this is the magic of Qingdao.
