當(dāng)下,數(shù)字技術(shù)賦能是“非遺”傳承的一大亮點(diǎn)。諸多非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)插上科技的翅膀,與現(xiàn)代生活、現(xiàn)代技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品、現(xiàn)代審美相結(jié)合,以科技助力,將非遺用時(shí)尚、新潮的方式表現(xiàn)出來(lái),促進(jìn)非遺傳播和活態(tài)傳承,實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,展現(xiàn)非遺新面貌,煥發(fā)全新魅力。
從文字、圖片、音頻,到短視頻、VR、AI,10多年來(lái),科技不斷更新?lián)Q代,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和數(shù)字化技術(shù)日趨成熟并廣泛運(yùn)用到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,非遺保護(hù)傳承和開(kāi)發(fā)利用等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的數(shù)字化發(fā)展也逐漸成為新潮流、新趨勢(shì)。公開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2021年底,B站上的傳統(tǒng)文化愛(ài)好者總數(shù)達(dá)到1.36億;抖音上國(guó)家級(jí)非遺項(xiàng)目相關(guān)視頻數(shù)量超過(guò)1.4億;快手的非遺內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作者已超1500萬(wàn),覆蓋了96%的國(guó)家級(jí)非遺代表性項(xiàng)目。
隨著5G、AI、VR、AR技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步普及和廣泛應(yīng)用,預(yù)計(jì)在非遺領(lǐng)域,數(shù)字影音、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)、3D掃描與重建、動(dòng)作捕捉等數(shù)字技術(shù)手段將得到充分運(yùn)用,以數(shù)字科技與古老技藝相互碰撞的方式,賦予傳統(tǒng)文化新的時(shí)代元素和更時(shí)尚、更年輕的表達(dá)形式,吸引更多人群尤其是年輕人進(jìn)一步關(guān)注非遺、了解非遺、熱愛(ài)非遺,將最傳統(tǒng)的非遺融入最現(xiàn)代的生活,煥發(fā)新的時(shí)代生機(jī)。
今年的第七屆中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)博覽會(huì),將繼續(xù)延續(xù)“科技范兒”。博覽會(huì)采用線上活動(dòng)為主、線下活動(dòng)為輔,線上線下相結(jié)合的方式開(kāi)展,全面展示非遺保護(hù)傳承成果。除線下會(huì)場(chǎng)外,在抖音、B站、微信、微博、淘寶、天貓、京東等平臺(tái)開(kāi)通線上會(huì)場(chǎng)。與天貓、淘寶、京東等電商平臺(tái)合作,設(shè)立博覽會(huì)銷(xiāo)售專(zhuān)區(qū),給予非遺店鋪直播銷(xiāo)售流量支持,擴(kuò)大博覽會(huì)宣傳和非遺產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售;與抖音平臺(tái)合作,對(duì)有網(wǎng)店的非遺企業(yè)推出網(wǎng)上直播銷(xiāo)售專(zhuān)場(chǎng)服務(wù),給予流量支持,特別是對(duì)茶品交易給予重點(diǎn)支持,提升非遺產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)量;制作參展項(xiàng)目線上銷(xiāo)售導(dǎo)購(gòu)圖,收集參展項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)店二維碼,以導(dǎo)購(gòu)圖形式進(jìn)行線下、線上宣傳推廣,方便群眾購(gòu)買(mǎi);推出直播、電商銷(xiāo)售技術(shù)服務(wù)。引進(jìn)山東百花洲非遺直播基地全程服務(wù),幫助非遺項(xiàng)目完善和提升網(wǎng)上銷(xiāo)售、直播等技術(shù),幫助項(xiàng)目上網(wǎng)銷(xiāo)售……本屆博覽會(huì)以現(xiàn)代科技融入傳統(tǒng)文化,用工匠精神,講好“非遺故事”,用數(shù)字化的手段進(jìn)行非遺保護(hù)、傳承和推廣。

Intangible cultural heritage projects are presented in a more fashionable and trendy way with the help of technology, in keeping with modern life, modern technology, modern products and modern aesthetics. Technology helps boost the popularity and liveliness of intangible cultural heritage, fuel creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, and invigorate intangible cultural heritage by giving it a new face.
With 5G, AI, VR and AR technologies achieving widespread use, intangible cultural heritage tends to embrace more digital technologies such as digital audio and video, virtual reality, augmented reality, 3D scanning and reconstruction, and motion capture. The extraordinary chemistry between digital technologies and ancient skills makes traditional culture lively and expressive, gaining the younger generation of fans, breathing new life into intangible cultural heritage.
