“都市慢生活·鄉(xiāng)村新體驗”第七屆重慶文化旅游惠民消費季(春夏)活動啟動儀式現(xiàn)場。
4月22日,由重慶市文化旅游委主辦的第七屆重慶文化旅游惠民消費季(春夏)活動在銅梁原鄉(xiāng)中央公園啟幕。本次活動將持續(xù)至今年9月,活動期間將發(fā)放惠民消費券,使用市級文旅消費補貼券最高可享5折優(yōu)惠和最高可享500元文旅直補優(yōu)惠券。
本次活動以“都市慢生活·鄉(xiāng)村新體驗”為主題,以都市與鄉(xiāng)村文旅新消費為重點,主要包括1個主會場啟動儀式、14個特色主題活動、N個區(qū)縣分會場活動以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)惠民四個部分,推出都市特色演藝、山城深度體驗、非遺中醫(yī)體驗、溫泉康養(yǎng)體驗、自駕旅居旅游、農(nóng)耕文旅休閑、鄉(xiāng)野露營體驗等多項文旅惠民消費活動。
啟動儀式上,來自相關(guān)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域的從業(yè)者通過情景表演等形式,對全市美麗鄉(xiāng)村旅游精品景點線路、戶外游文旅裝備、自駕車旅居地營地、露營基地、休閑鄉(xiāng)村旅游精品民宿等進行了創(chuàng)新式現(xiàn)場推介,為大家?guī)砹素S富的春夏季旅游資源以及文旅惠民消費活動信息。
On April 22, the 7Chongqing Cultural Tourism Consumer-Benefit Season (Spring and Summer), hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development,was opened at Yuanxiang Central Park in Tongliang District. The event will last until September. Consumption coupons are given to consumers, who can enjoy up to 50% discount with municipal-level consumption subsidy coupons and up to RMB500 yuan with subsidy coupons.
With the theme of “Slowing Down the Pace of Urban Life and Enjoying a New Countryside,” the event focuses on the new types of consumption of cultural tourism in the city and the countryside. It is comprised of 4 parts,namely, 1 launching ceremony at the main venue, 14 special themed activities,various activities at multiple sub-venues in districts and counties, and online activities. The event will feature a number of cultural tourism consumerbenefit activities, such as themed performances, mountain city in-depth tours,traditional Chinese medicine experiences, hot springs, road trips, farming, and rural camping.
At the launching ceremony, practitioners from the culture and tourism industries presented role-play performances to introduce boutique countryside tourist routes,outdoor tourism equipment, road trip camps, campsites, and boutique B&Bs in Chongqing, bringing consumers rich tourism resources in spring and summer and information on cultural tourism consumer-benefit activities.
在原鄉(xiāng)中央公園的文旅惠民集市上,非遺鄉(xiāng)集區(qū)、帳篷美食區(qū)、露營休閑區(qū)、戶外裝備區(qū),各式農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品、鄉(xiāng)村特色文旅商品、非遺產(chǎn)品等琳瑯滿目,露營野餐、星光帳篷、露天電影、民謠音樂會等,營造出濃濃的田園慢生活氛圍,讓市民深度體驗了一場“吃、喝、玩、樂、購”的休閑旅游樂趣。
啟動儀式上,還舉行了國家文化和旅游消費試點城市、國家級(市級)夜間文化和旅游消費集聚區(qū)授牌儀式,沙坪壩區(qū)和北碚區(qū)獲評第一批國家文化和旅游消費試點城市,渝中區(qū)解放碑—洪崖洞街區(qū)等6個區(qū)域獲評首批國家級夜間文化和旅游消費集聚區(qū),渝中區(qū)“十八梯·山城巷”傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌區(qū)等20個區(qū)域獲評市級夜間文化和旅游消費集聚區(qū)。
活動期間,重慶還將推出“全球不眠夜·云端渝中”“春夏惠民演出季”“多彩郵輪·‘船’遞夢想—文旅體驗專場”“溫泉康養(yǎng)·暖春養(yǎng)身”惠民活動等九大休閑都市“慢生活”特色主題活動。同時,本屆消費季還將推出“2022重慶露營文化節(jié)”“田園鄉(xiāng)村文化節(jié)”等五大鄉(xiāng)村旅游特色主題活動。
值得一提的是,為深入貫徹習(xí)近平總書記“鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅成果,做好鄉(xiāng)村振興大文章”的重要指示精神,充分發(fā)揮文化和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢作用,市文化旅游委在銅梁區(qū)組織召開“文旅賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興—鄉(xiāng)村文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)場會”,邀請各區(qū)縣文化旅游委、相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會及文旅企業(yè)負責(zé)人等嘉賓,通過實地考察、廣泛交流與合作,為全市鄉(xiāng)村文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興探索新的有效路徑。
在現(xiàn)場會上,銅梁、墊江、石柱三個區(qū)縣圍繞“文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興”進行了交流發(fā)言?;顒友埼幕吐糜蜗嚓P(guān)專家,從鄉(xiāng)村振興為何要文旅先行、鄉(xiāng)村振興發(fā)展歷史、文旅如何賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興三大方面,結(jié)合全國典型案例,對鄉(xiāng)村文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行了深入淺出的講解。
At the cultural tourism bazaar in Yuanxiang Central Park, an intangible cultural heritage township collection area, a camping and leisure area, a tent food area, and an outdoor equipment area were set up, providing visitors with diversified agricultural products, featured rural tourism products, and intangible cultural heritage products. Campsite picnics, starlight tents, outdoor movies, and folk music concerts created an atmosphere of idyllic life in the countryside, offering visitors an opportunity to enjoy eating, drinking, playing,music, and shopping.
At the launching ceremony, the awarding ceremony for the title of national culture and tourism consumption pilot city and national (municipal) night culture and tourism consumption cluster was also held. Shapingba District and Beibei District were awarded the first batch of national culture and tourism consumption pilot cities; six areas, such as the Jiefangbei-Hongyadong area in Yuzhong District, were awarded the first batch of national night culture and tourism consumption clusters; 20 areas, such as the “Shibati-Mountain City Alley” traditional area in Yuzhong District, were awarded as municipal night culture and tourism consumption clusters.
During the event, a total of nine special themed activities of “Slow Urban Life” will be launched, including “Global Sleepless Night, Yuzhong District on the Cloud,” “Spring and Summer Consumer-Benefit Season,” “Fun and Dreamy Cruise – A Special Cultural Tourism Experience,” “Hot Spring Healthcare and Wellness” and so on. What will also be launched at the event are five special themed activities of rural tourism, including the “2022 Chongqing Camping Culture Festival,” the “Countryside Culture Festival” and others.
It is worth noting that to fully exercise the important instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping on “consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization” and give full play to the advantages of the culture and tourism industry, the Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development convened a field meeting on “Cultural Tourism Empowering Rural Revitalization – Developing Rural Culture and Tourism Industry” in Tongliang District. Heads of cultural and tourism commissions of other districts and counties, relevant industry associations, and cultural tourism companies were invited to explore new and effective paths for empowering rural revitalization with the culture and tourism industry through field visits and extensive exchanges and cooperation.
At the meeting, Tongliang District, Dianjiang County, and Shizhu County exchanged insights on “Cultural Tourism Empowering Rural Revitalization”.Experts in culture and tourism were invited to attend the event. Along with typical cases across the country, an in-depth explanation of the progress of rural culture and tourism industry was given from the perspective of why culture and tourism should be the first step in rural revitalization, the development history of rural revitalization, and how culture and tourism can empower rural revitalization.
Next, the Commission will put its focus on several key areas such as creative design, performance industry, art industry, handicraft, digital culture,cultural tourism integration, etc. to empower rural revitalization with regard to the new features of tourism consumption needs that emerged after COVID-19.Combined with the flexible implementation of relevant policies, targeted guidance, and further research and exploration, the Commission will strive for enhanced upgrading of the rural culture and tourism industry as well as align efforts to consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation with efforts to promote rural revitalization.
