“共建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，讓開放的春風(fēng)溫暖世界！”這是習(xí)近平主席在第四屆中國國際進(jìn)口博覽會開幕式上發(fā)出的美好而宏大的倡議。

踐行這一倡議，站上新發(fā)展平臺的四川繪出新藍(lán)圖：擴(kuò)大更高水平開放合作，以“四向拓展、全域開放”為引領(lǐng)，構(gòu)建全面立體開放新格局。

“一帶一路”建設(shè)、長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展、新時代西部大開發(fā)、成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)等國家重大戰(zhàn)略在這里交匯疊加，釋放出一系列紅利，促進(jìn)四川開放發(fā)展“量”“質(zhì)”雙提升，由內(nèi)陸腹地闊步邁向開放前沿。

開放的四川，國際通道不斷暢通，構(gòu)建公鐵空水無縫對接立體交通網(wǎng)。中歐班列不斷延展，雙機場樞紐聯(lián)動發(fā)展，西部陸海新通道建設(shè)加快推進(jìn)……

開放的四川，加快推動川渝合作，成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)成勢見效，區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展格局加快形成。攜手優(yōu)化進(jìn)出口通道、攜手打造開放平臺、攜手營造國際一流營商環(huán)境……協(xié)同發(fā)展的新動力，推動著川渝高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

開放的四川，栽下梧桐樹，引來金鳳凰。四川積極申辦國際性賽會，推動城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施硬實力和文化軟實力雙提升;更多外國領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)、更多世界500強落戶四川，結(jié)成更多外國友城，拓寬開放合作朋友圈。名氣、人氣、財氣不斷增長的四川，有了與世界共舞的底氣和實力。

大開放，以昂揚的姿態(tài)擁抱世界。這，就是四川的時代答卷！

“China stands ready to work with all countries to build an open world economy so that the spring breeze of openness will bring warmth to all parts of the world.” This is a beautiful and ambitious initiative made by President Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the 4th China International Import Expo.

To implement this initiative， Sichuan Province has drawn a new blueprint at a new development platform： to expand cooperation in higher-standard opening-up， and to make new ground in pursuing multi-dimensional opening-up on all fronts led by the idea of “four-direction， region-based opening-up”.

Sichuan boasts the advantages brought by multiple major national strategies， including the Belt and Road building， Yangtze River Economic Belt development， China’s western region development in the new era and Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction. They have facilitated both quantitative and qualitative improvement in Sichuan’s opening-up， thus helping the inland province to reach the forefront of China’s opening-up.

This open province is making continuous efforts to ensure unimpeded international channels and build a three-dimensional transport network featuring seamless air-rail-road-water connection. The China-Europe Railway Express keeps developing， the two airports are pursuing coordinated development and the construction of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor is advanced at a faster pace.

As the province expedites Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation， some obvious results have been achieved in the building of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the formation of coordinated regional development is accelerating. The two sides will join hands to optimize import and export channels， build open platforms， and create a world-class business environment. The new driving force of coordinated development is promoting the high-quality development of Sichuan and Chongqing.

Sichuan never stops improving its environment and services to attract talents. It acts actively in the bid for international events and endeavors to upgrade its urban infrastructure and enhance its cultural soft power. As a result， it has witnessed the establishment of more foreign consulates and more branches of Fortune 500 companies. As the sister city relations have been formed with more foreign cities， Sichuan has further expanded its circle of friendship based on open cooperation. Moreover， the increasingly great reputation， talent population and wealth have given the province strength and confidence to interact with the world.

Featuring great opening-up， the province is opening its arms to embrace the world. This is Sichuan’s response to the era！
