該多用途開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目位于印度尼西亞雅加達(dá)以西唐格朗市Cisdane河的一個(gè)彎道內(nèi)。其總體規(guī)劃包括4棟18層的住宅樓和酒店大樓，主步行走廊上方的七層樓采用懸吊設(shè)計(jì)。地面廣場(chǎng)由兩層零售區(qū)和娛樂(lè)區(qū)組成，并被錯(cuò)落有致的水道分隔，成為綜合性水上樂(lè)園。這些形式和項(xiàng)目元素共同造就了一個(gè)充滿(mǎn)活力的獨(dú)立河谷社區(qū)。

This mixed-use development sits within a bend of the Cisdane River in Tangerang City,just west ofJakarta,Indonesia.The master plan features four,18-story residential and hospitality towers,suspended seven floors above the main pedestrian corridor.The ground level plaza is bound by two floors of retail and entertainment and is cut by a weaving canal,which serves as a feature for the integrated water park.Together,the forms and program elements combine to create a vibrant,selfcontained river valley community.
