摘 要:目前橡膠材料的進氣波紋管已經趨于成熟,TPV(熱塑性硫化橡膠)作為一種新型的塑料與橡膠混合材料,其塑性導致其彈性較橡膠材料較弱,其強度較橡膠材料較大。因此其結構設計與橡膠材料產品有較大差異,本文針對TPV材料的波紋管的結構選型進行分析研究及效果驗證。結果表明,本文所設計的進氣波紋管效果較好,達到預期隔振率水平。

Research on the Structure and Performance of Automobile Air Intake Bellows

Abstract:At present, the air intake bellows of rubber materials have become mature. TPV (thermoplastic vulcanized rubber) is a new type of plastic and rubber mixed material. Its plasticity results in its elasticity and strength being stronger than rubber materials. Therefore, its structural design is quite different from that of rubber material products. This article analyzes and studies the structure selection of the corrugated pipe of TPV material and verifies the effect. The results show that the intake bellows designed in this paper have a better effect and reach the expected level of vibration isolation rate.
