由于項目周邊既有環(huán)境較為復(fù)雜,方案沿校園邊界,由動漸靜形成一個連續(xù)、多元、立體的螺旋形動線,將教室、圖書館等布置于內(nèi)向型、可控性高、不受外界環(huán)境影響的校園空間中心。南北的學(xué)術(shù)庭院和生活庭院營造了一個大隱于市的學(xué)堂凈土。
在校園的東、北側(cè)布置了交通聯(lián)系的外廊以及部分輔助用房,并通過在外廊外側(cè)垂直綠化的種植與污染嚴(yán)重的龍華河之間形成一個可凈化空氣、天然、健康、生態(tài)的綠色屏障,待龍華河以及景觀帶整治完畢之后,這層可開可合的屏障可以更靈活的形成與城市之間的互動關(guān)系。
在用地相對局促的情況下,方案通過架空層、院落和屋頂空間的綜合利用,為給師生提供大小不一、高低錯落、開合有致、遮陽避雨、綠色健康、立體多元的可用于運動、交流、集會、表演、學(xué)習(xí)等各類活動空間和場地。
方案著重探討了高中生學(xué)習(xí)模式的多樣性,非正式空間的營造可以更好地適應(yīng)多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)模式。因此,除了架空層、庭院等灰空間的營造,還利用擴(kuò)大教學(xué)樓的走廊和端部提供更多的學(xué)習(xí)交流空間;在公寓外廊等公共系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展出可供單人和小組學(xué)習(xí)交流討論的學(xué)習(xí)盒子和交流盒子,在增加空間趣味性的同時,避免了安靜休息與差異化學(xué)習(xí)之間的干擾,豐富校園學(xué)習(xí)和生活的空間層次和內(nèi)涵。
As the environment around the project is complex.We design a continuous,multi-dimensional and three-dimensional spiral moving line from dynamic to static along the campus boundary,and place the classrooms and library in the introverted,highly controllable and unaffected Campus Space Center.The academic courtyard and living courtyard create a pure land of schools hidden in the city.
In the East and north side of the campus,We arranged a veranda and a green barrier between function room and the polluted Longhua river,which can filter the polluted air .After the completion of the renovation of Longhua River ,this layer of barrier can be opened to form a more flexible interaction with the city.
In response to the limited land use,we design trellis spaces,courtyards and roof gardens which can provide different spaces for sport,communication,assembly,performance,learning and other activities
The program focuses on the diversity of high school students' learning mode,and the construction of informal space can adapt to the diversity of learning mode better.Therefore,in addition to the construction of gray space such as trellis spaces and courtyards,we used the corridor and expanded the end of the teaching building to provide more learning and communication spaces; In the public system such as the veranda of the apartment,the learning box and communication box can be expanded for single person and group learning,which can increase the interest of the space,avoid the interference between sleeping area and study space,and enrich the spatial level and connotation of campus learning and life.
