摘 要:某鋁車身后減震器座的設計開發(fā)過程中,為了使減震器座安裝點Y向剛度達到整車性能要求,提出了幾種解決方案,利用CAE進行分析,并優(yōu)化組合,找出能夠有效提高剛度的最佳方案。

Stiffness Analysis and Optimization Design of Rear Shock Absorber Seat of a Car

Abstract:In the design and development process of the rear shock absorber seat of an aluminum car, in order to make the y-direction stiffness of the shock absorber seat installation point meet the vehicle performance requirements, several solutions are put forward, which are analyzed by CAE and optimized to find the best solution to effectively improve the stiffness.
