摘 要：炭罐初始工作能力是衡量炭罐工作能力的一個重要指標。通過對炭罐的初始工作能力及有效容積的不確定度分別進行計算，并且考慮參數(shù)之間的相關性，計算得到更加精確的炭罐初始工作能力測量不確定度結(jié)果。

Abstract：The initial working capacity of the canister is an important index to measure the working capacity of the canister. By calculating the uncertainty of the initial working capacity and effective volume of the canister， and considering the correlation between the parameters， a more accurate measurement uncertainty result of the initial working capacity of the canister can be obtained.
