為推動黨史學習教育扎實開展，5月12日，市政府外辦邀請紅巖聯(lián)線管理中心黨委書記、文博研究館員朱軍，帶來一場精彩的紅巖精神專題宣講報告會。市政府外辦黨組成員、機關黨委書記、黨史學習教育領導小組副組長王廣成主持報告會，機關及直屬單位干部職工、離退休人員代表100余人參加會議。

報告會上，朱軍運用大量史料全面闡釋了紅巖精神所展示的老一輩無產階級革命家、共產黨人和革命志士的崇高思想境界、堅定理想信念、巨大人格力量和浩然革命正氣，以及紅巖精神的重要價值、重大作用。

王廣成表示，全辦各級黨組織和廣大黨員干部，要以此次宣講輔導為契機，深挖重慶外事歷史資源，進一步宣傳革命歷史、弘揚紅巖精神，以史鑒今，著力營造良好外部環(huán)境，推動外事、港澳、友協(xié)工作邁上新臺階，以優(yōu)異成績迎接建黨100周年。

此次紅巖精神專題宣講報告會在全辦引起熱烈反響，大家紛紛表示要銘記光輝歷史，弘揚紅色傳統(tǒng)，傳承紅色基因，從紅色文化中涵養(yǎng)學黨史的自覺、汲取悟思想的力量、找準辦實事的方向、提振開新局的干勁。

In order to promote the study and education of Party history， on May 12， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government invited Zhu Jun， Secretary of the Party committee and librarian of cultural and museum research of Chongqing Hongyan Alliance Culture Developing Management Center， to give a wonderful lecture on Hongyan spirit to all Party members and cadres of the office. Wang Guangcheng， member of the Party group of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， secretary of the Party committee and deputy leader of the leading group for Party history learning and education， presided over the lecture meeting. More than 100 representatives of cadres， employees and retirees from the departments and directly affiliated units attended the meeting.

At the meeting， based on a large number of historical materials Zhu Jun made a comprehensive explanation on the "lofty ideological realm， firm ideals and beliefs， great personality power and noble revolutionary righteousness" of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries， Communists and revolutionaries displayed by Hongyan spirit， as well as the important value and role of Hongyan spirit.

Wang Guangcheng said that the Party organizations at all levels and the majority of Party members and cadres of the Foreign Affairs Office should take the opportunity of the lecture to make full use of the historical resources of Chongqing's foreign affairs， further publicize the revolutionary history， carry forward the Hongyan spirit， learn from the past， strive to create a good external environment， promote the work of foreign affairs， Hong Kong， Macao and friendship association to a new level， and greet the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with outstanding achievements.

This special lecture on the spirit of Hongyan aroused a warm response throughout the office. Everyone expressed that they should bear in mind the glorious history， carry forward the red tradition， inherit the red gene， cultivate the consciousness of learning the history of the Party from the red culture， draw the power of thinking， find the right direction to do practical works， and boost the drive to open a new situation.
