根據(jù)青島市游艇帆船碼頭規(guī)劃，支持引導(dǎo)相關(guān)有條件的單位通過建設(shè)帆船臨時(shí)下水點(diǎn)，緩解帆船碼頭供需矛盾。為推動(dòng)帆船碼頭建設(shè)布局，促進(jìn)帆船、水上摩托艇項(xiàng)目海上旅游業(yè)務(wù)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，日前，青島市體育事業(yè)發(fā)展中心調(diào)研組一行多次對(duì)青島相關(guān)浴場(chǎng)、魚碼頭等進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研考察，并積極對(duì)接浴場(chǎng)管理方及從事海上旅游項(xiàng)目的公司、俱樂部等，鼓勵(lì)其對(duì)下水點(diǎn)進(jìn)行規(guī)范化建設(shè)及改進(jìn)，完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，大力倡導(dǎo)開展帆船水上摩托艇海上體育旅游，把海上旅游業(yè)務(wù)做大做強(qiáng)。此舉提振了從業(yè)單位信心，得到了積極響應(yīng)，前期仰口浴場(chǎng)開始進(jìn)行臨時(shí)下水點(diǎn)建設(shè)，青山村碼頭正在規(guī)劃碼頭改造，相關(guān)海水浴場(chǎng)也逐步開展了碼頭建設(shè)選址調(diào)研評(píng)估。

近日，青島市體育事業(yè)發(fā)展中心主任張敏一行3人赴嶗山仰口浴場(chǎng)及青山碼頭進(jìn)行下水點(diǎn)建設(shè)跟進(jìn)調(diào)研。

仰口帆船臨時(shí)下水點(diǎn)位于嶗山風(fēng)景游覽區(qū)內(nèi)沙灘區(qū)域，由青島景源旅游有限公司通過前期聘請(qǐng)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)完成，浮碼頭兼具耐腐性、環(huán)保、耐沖擊力、使用壽命和安全性更強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)，屬山東首例，總投資逾百萬(wàn)。據(jù)公司負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，下一步計(jì)劃大力發(fā)展海上體育旅游，目前已推進(jìn)定制20米長(zhǎng)龍骨型單體大帆船及多條9米左右的帆船，并同時(shí)采購(gòu)多條四沖程水上摩托艇，開展海上旅游活動(dòng)，結(jié)合周邊旅游資源，著力打造休閑、度假、海上娛樂為一體的旅游度假地。調(diào)研組一行首先對(duì)臨時(shí)下水點(diǎn)的建成給予了肯定，對(duì)下一步項(xiàng)目更好發(fā)展提供了一些建設(shè)性的建議，并針對(duì)船艇備案問題進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)答疑。張敏特別提出，要規(guī)劃建設(shè)好周邊配套設(shè)施，制定完善安全應(yīng)急預(yù)案，并以此為樣板在全市推廣浮碼頭建設(shè)，開發(fā)編制海上精品旅游線路，加大海上體育旅游宣傳推廣力度，爭(zhēng)取打造成游客放心滿意的帆船水上摩托艇海上旅游示范點(diǎn)。

據(jù)了解，青山村碼頭位于嶗山東側(cè)，山海相依，自然環(huán)境優(yōu)美，被譽(yù)為最美宜居鄉(xiāng)村。碼頭現(xiàn)有停靠7米以上龍骨型大帆船7條、摩托艇2條，下一步將進(jìn)行游艇、帆船、水上摩托艇等海上旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)，將打造成集綠色、休閑、度假、海上娛樂為一體的旅游度假勝地。調(diào)研組一行赴青山碼頭調(diào)研時(shí)指出，要結(jié)合青山碼頭周邊旅游資源，引進(jìn)帆船賽事活動(dòng)，通過賽事帶動(dòng)帆船及其他海上體育旅游項(xiàng)目開展，促進(jìn)青島市體旅融合發(fā)展。

According to Qingdao’s sailing pier planning， it is necessary to support and guide relevant qualified units to handle the contradiction between supply and demand of the sailing piers by constructing temporary launching points. To promote sailing piers construction layout and high-quality development of marine tourism business including sailing and jet-skis， the research group of Qingdao Municipal Sports Development Center has conducted field research and investigation on relevant baths and fish piers in Qingdao for many times， actively connecting the baths’ managers， companies and clubs engaged in marine tourism projects， encouraging the standardization and improvement of launching points， improving infrastructure construction， vigorously advocating the development of marine sports tourism on sailboats and jet-skis， and eventually making marine tourism bigger and stronger. This has boosted the confidence of practitioners and received positive response. In the early stage， Yangkou Bathing Beach has carried out the construction of temporary launching point， Qingshan Village has been planning the pier renovation， and the relevant bathing beaches have also carried out research and evaluation of pier construction sites.
