國(guó)務(wù)委員、公安部部長(zhǎng)趙克志2020年12月1日同埃及內(nèi)政部部長(zhǎng)馬哈茂德·陶菲克通電話。

趙克志表示，在習(xí)近平主席和塞西總統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略指引下，中埃關(guān)系和各領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展。中共十九屆五中全會(huì)規(guī)劃了中國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展的宏偉藍(lán)圖，也將為中埃合作提供更多機(jī)遇。希望雙方認(rèn)真落實(shí)好兩國(guó)元首重要共識(shí)，保持經(jīng)常性戰(zhàn)略溝通，深化反恐務(wù)實(shí)合作，加強(qiáng)“一帶一路”項(xiàng)目、機(jī)構(gòu)和人員安保合作，不斷推動(dòng)中埃全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系邁上新臺(tái)階，努力為將中埃關(guān)系打造成構(gòu)建中非和中阿命運(yùn)共同體的先行先試樣板作出新貢獻(xiàn)。

馬哈茂德·陶菲克表示，埃方高度重視埃中關(guān)系，愿繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)雙方執(zhí)法安全務(wù)實(shí)合作和經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流，更好應(yīng)對(duì)共同面臨的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)。

國(guó)務(wù)院副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)孟揚(yáng)，外交部涉外安全事務(wù)專(zhuān)員程國(guó)平，公安部副部長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家移民管理局局長(zhǎng)許甘露參加活動(dòng)。

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi held phone talks with Egyptian Interior Minister Mahmoud Tawfik on December 1，2020.

Zhao Kezhi stated that， under the strategic leadership of President Xi Jinping and President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi， China-Egypt relations and practical cooperation across the board have been growing by leaps and bounds. The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China mapped out a grand blueprint for Chinas future development that includes more opportunities for bilateral cooperation between China and Egypt. Zhao called for both sides to carry out the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries， maintain frequent strategic communication， deliver real results in counter-terrorism， push forward cooperation on BRI projects， and collaborate on security concerns across personnel and organizations. Zhao stressed the importance of elevating China-Egypt comprehensive strategic partnership to new levels， setting the pace for building an exemplary China-Africa and China-Arab community with a shared future.

Mahmoud Tawfik said that Egypt attaches great importance to bilateral relations with China， and Egypt is ready to continue practical cooperation and exchanges of law enforcement and security experience with China in order to be better prepared for common security risks and challenges.
