國務(wù)委員、公安部部長趙克志11月23日同白俄羅斯內(nèi)務(wù)部部長庫布拉科夫通電話。

趙克志表示 ，在習(xí)近平主席和盧卡申科總統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)下，中白關(guān)系健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。中共十九屆五中全會規(guī)劃了中國未來發(fā)展的宏偉藍圖，也將為中白互利合作提供更多機遇。中方堅決反對外部勢力對白俄羅斯社會制造分裂和動蕩。希望雙方認真落實兩國元首重要共識，保持經(jīng)常性戰(zhàn)略溝通，加強在抵御外部勢力滲透干涉、共建“一帶一路”項目安保、打擊“三股勢力”和執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)等方面的務(wù)實合作，更好維護兩國繁榮穩(wěn)定和人民福祉，推動中白全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系不斷向前發(fā)展。

庫布拉科夫表示，感謝中方對白方抗擊疫情工作的支持和幫助，愿繼續(xù)加強兩國執(zhí)法部門務(wù)實合作，不斷推動兩國傳統(tǒng)友好關(guān)系。

國務(wù)院副秘書長孟揚、外交部涉外安全事務(wù)專員程國平、公安部部長助理陳思源參加活動。

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi held phone talks with Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov on November 23.

Zhao Kezhi stated that， under the strategic leadership of President Xi Jinping and President Aleksandr Lukashenko， China-Belarus relations have made sound and steady progress. The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward a grand blueprint for Chinas future development that includes more opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Belarus. China stands firmly against any attempts of external forces to seek separation or incur instability in Belarusian society. Zhao called for both sides to earnestly implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries， maintain frequent strategic communication， and strengthen practical cooperation to prevent and resist infiltration and interference by external forces; improve security for BRI cooperation; crack down on the “three evil forces” of terrorism， separatism and extremism; and collaborate on law enforcement capacity building. These efforts will contribute to the prosperity and stability of the two countries and peoples and promote the continuous development of the China-Belarus comprehensive strategic partnership.

Ivan Kubrakov expressed gratitude for Chinas support and assistance to Belarus in the battle against COVID-19. Belarus stands ready to further strengthen practical bilateral cooperation between law enforcement authorities and continue to carry forward the friendship between the two countries.
