[摘要] 目的 分析孕婦血清TORCH檢查中IgM及IgG的價值。方法 方便選取2018年1月—2019年1月期間來該院進行TORCH檢查的200例孕婦作為研究對象，將100名正常妊娠孕婦作為對照組，將100例異常妊娠孕婦作為觀察組。兩組均采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實驗對患者的TORCH-lgM和TORCH-lgG情況進行分析。對比兩組檢測結果。 結果 觀察組TORCH-lgG陽性檢出率為33.0%，對照組檢出率為24.0%，兩組患者在TORCH-lgG陽性檢出率方面差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=1.987，P=0.159>0.05）;觀察組患者TORCH-lgM陽性檢出率（22.0%）顯著高于對照組（4.0%），組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=14.323，P=0.001<0.05）。結論 異常妊娠婦女的TORCH-lgM抗體陽性檢出率顯著高于正常孕婦，孕期對患者進行TORCH有助于降低不良妊娠發(fā)生率，對于提高生育質量意義重大。

Clinical Analysis of IgGM and IgG in Maternal Serum TORCH Examination

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of IgM and IgG in the serum TORCH test of pregnant women. Methods 200 pregnant women who came to the hospital for TORCH examination from January 2018 to January 2019 were convenient selection taken as the research object， 100 normal pregnant women as the control group， and 100 abnormal pregnant women as the observation group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to analyze the TORCH-lgM and TORCH-lgG of the two groups. Compare the test results of the two groups. Results The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgG in the observation group was 33.0%， and the detection rate in the control group was 24.0%. There was no statistical significance in the positive detection rate of TORCH-lgG between the two groups （χ2=1.987， P=0.159> 0.05）; The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgM in the observation group （22.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （4.0%）， and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=14.323， P=0.001<0.05）. Conclusion The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgM antibody in abnormal pregnant women is significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women. TORCH on patients during pregnancy can help reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy， which is of great significance for improving fertility quality.

TORCH屬于一種病原微生物，主要包括巨細胞病毒、風疹病毒、弓形蟲以及單純皰疹病毒，孕婦屬于TORCH的主發(fā)人群，若孕婦在妊娠期間出現(xiàn)TORCH感染，對自身并無明顯影響，但會導致胎兒的發(fā)育受到嚴重威脅，情況嚴重者可能造成死胎以及胎兒先天畸形等情況的發(fā)生。TORCH早期并無明顯表現(xiàn)，因此誤診以及漏診的情況時常發(fā)生，為患者的家庭帶來巨大的影響，降低其生活質量，故對孕婦進行TORCH檢查尤為必要[1]。該次研究以2018年1月—2019年1月期間該院收治的200例孕婦為研究對象，對孕婦血清TORCH檢查中IgM及IgG進行分析，現(xiàn)報道如下。
