[摘要] 目的 探討老年糖尿病患者髖關(guān)節(jié)置換圍術(shù)期應(yīng)用快速康復(fù)外科護理的臨床效果。方法 選擇于2018年10月—2019年10月期間在該院接受髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)的老年糖尿病患者86例為研究對象，對照組患者圍術(shù)期行常規(guī)護理方案，觀察組患者圍術(shù)期以對照組為基礎(chǔ)，另行快速康復(fù)外科護理，對比兩組患者的臨床治療效果、血糖以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀察組患者的治療有效率為95.35%，高于對照組患者的76.74%，數(shù)據(jù)組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（χ2=6.198，P<0.05）;觀察組血糖水平比較對照組，優(yōu)勢顯著，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為4.65%，低于對照組患者的25.58%，即數(shù)據(jù)對比，組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（χ2=7.340，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 老年糖尿病患者髖關(guān)節(jié)置換圍術(shù)期行快速康復(fù)外科護理，可以提高治療效果，減少并發(fā)癥，為患者預(yù)后創(chuàng)造較好的條件。

A Study on the Clinical Effect of Fast Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing for Elderly Diabetic Patients During Hip Replacement

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for elderly diabetic patients with hip replacement. Methods 86 elderly diabetics who underwent hip replacement in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object. The control group underwent routine nursing programs during the perioperative period. On the basis of the control group， another rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing was performed to compare the clinical treatment effect， blood glucose and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.35%， which was higher than 76.74% of the patients in the control group. The difference between the data groups was statistically significant（χ2=6.198，P<0.05）; The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the complication rate of the observation group was 4.65%， which was lower than the control groups 25.58%， that is， the data comparison， the difference between the groups was statistically significant（χ2=7.340，P<0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for hip replacement in elderly diabetic patients can improve the therapeutic effect， reduce complications， and create better conditions for the prognosis of patients.

糖尿病屬于慢性終身性疾病，患者往往需要接受長期治療，同時在日常生活中嚴(yán)格管控飲食，若控制效果不理想，極易降低患者的治療依從性。全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)在骨外科而言，臨床應(yīng)用頻率較高，目前已經(jīng)趨于成熟，可以對患者髖關(guān)節(jié)功能進行重建，并改善疼痛、畸形等情況，不過受限于老年糖尿病患者機能較差，所以術(shù)后康復(fù)效果往往不理想，因此為了保證老年糖尿病患者髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后的康復(fù)效果，亟需探討可行性外科護理方案[1-2]。據(jù)有關(guān)資料指出[3]，快速康復(fù)外科理念（ERAS）作為新興臨床手術(shù)護理理念，在發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域的外科治療中。該次為了驗證其在骨科外科中的應(yīng)用價值，選擇于2018年10月—2019年10月期間在該院接受髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)的老年糖尿病患者86例為研究對象，以常規(guī)護理為對照，現(xiàn)報道如下。
