家庭教育應(yīng)該以培養(yǎng)孩子富有開(kāi)拓精神、能夠成為一個(gè)自食其力的人為出發(fā)點(diǎn)。在教育孩子的過(guò)程中，父母應(yīng)把培養(yǎng)孩子的自理能力放在突出的地位，讓他們離開(kāi)父母的庇護(hù)也能獨(dú)立生活，能夠獨(dú)立解決生活中遇到的問(wèn)題。

I have never taken cooking classes. I learned cooking from my mother because she was really interested in teaching me how to cook. The main reason for this was that when my mother got married， she didn’t know how to cook anything， not even an egg.① My grandmother never allowed her to stay in the kitchen when she was cooking.

②My mother did not start to cook until she was twenty five years old. In the beginning， it was very hard for her. Therefore， she had to take cooking classes to prepare our meals. After having that experience she decided to teach me how to cook because she didn’t want me to have the same experience.

I remember when I was seven years old I started to learn cooking from my mother. Sometimes we prepared the meals that my mother already knew how to make， and sometimes we prepared meals from recipes. Thanks to that experience， now I don’t need any help to cook a meal. I can cook for myself or for a group of people， it doesn’t matter. I will do the same with my children because I don’t want them to have the same experience as my mother. If one day I am not with them， I want to be sure that they can continue their life without me.

傳遞學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

我從來(lái)沒(méi)有上過(guò)烹飪課。我是通過(guò)向母親學(xué)習(xí)才會(huì)做飯的，因?yàn)樗钦娴暮芨信d趣教我怎么做飯。主要原因是我的母親結(jié)婚時(shí)，她不知道如何做飯，甚至都不會(huì)煮雞蛋。我的外婆做飯的時(shí)候從不允許她留在廚房。

我的母親直到25歲才開(kāi)始做飯。最初，做飯對(duì)于她來(lái)說(shuō)很難。因此，她不得不參加烹飪班來(lái)為我們準(zhǔn)備飯菜。有了這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)后，她決定教我怎么做飯，因?yàn)樗幌Ｍ矣泻退瑯拥慕?jīng)歷。

記得我7歲那年，我開(kāi)始從母親那里學(xué)習(xí)烹飪。有時(shí)我們準(zhǔn)備母親已經(jīng)會(huì)做的飯菜，有時(shí)我們按照食譜準(zhǔn)備飯菜。多虧了那段經(jīng)歷，我現(xiàn)在不需要任何幫助就能做飯。我可以為自己或一幫人做飯，這都不要緊。我將對(duì)我的孩子做同樣的事，因?yàn)槲也幌Ｍ麄冇泻臀夷赣H相同的經(jīng)歷。如果有一天，我和孩子們不在一起了，我確保他們沒(méi)有我也能夠繼續(xù)他們的生活。
