As teenagers， we should always keep safety in mind. But how can we keep safe？ Here are some of my suggestions.

First， we should eat healthily and safely. Dont eat too much. Eating some junk food will do harm to our health. Second， we should always obey the traffic rules. Its dangerous to walk across the road carelessly. Remember to ride your bikes slowly on your way to school. Wed better choose to take the public transport as often as possible. Third， dont go swimming alone and dont play near the rivers. Fire is also dangerous. Children mustnt play with fire at home. If the house catches fire， dont be afraid. Call the firemen for help at once and run away quickly so that we can keep ourselves safe.

In my opinion， all the teenagers should learn how to protect ourselves and keep safe all the time. We can hand out some leaflets to people and make them know the importance of keeping safety. In a word， safety must come first.
