1月6日至16日，市政府外辦黨組書記章勇武在市外事大樓先后會見了新加坡、澳大利亞、日本、德國、瑞士、法國、加拿大、英國等國駐渝蓉總領(lǐng)事，暢敘友情，共話交流合作的美好明天。

會見新加坡駐成都總領(lǐng)事陳子勤時，雙方回顧了重慶與新加坡2019年交往情況。雙方一致認(rèn)同，將繼續(xù)緊密聯(lián)系，共同推動重慶與新加坡的交往合作以及中新（重慶）互聯(lián)互通示范項目不斷邁上新臺階。

會見澳大利亞駐成都總領(lǐng)事林明皓時，雙方表示，未來將共同推動重慶與澳大利亞在各領(lǐng)域的合作不斷取得新進(jìn)展，并以智博會為平臺，推動重慶與澳大利亞科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域合作獲得新的動能和發(fā)展。

會見日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事渡邊信之時，雙方希望以近期舉辦的“第八次中日韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議”為契機，共同提升雙方合作水平，攜手促進(jìn)包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、科技創(chuàng)新、文化旅游等領(lǐng)域合作實現(xiàn)更大發(fā)展。

會見德國駐成都總領(lǐng)事魯悟剛時，雙方就進(jìn)一步深化重慶與德國在各領(lǐng)域的交流與合作交換了意見。下一步，雙方將重點推動經(jīng)貿(mào)、物流、新能源、醫(yī)療、教育、藝術(shù)、環(huán)保、旅游等領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實合作。

會見瑞士駐成都總領(lǐng)事高凱琳時，雙方表示2020年將以中瑞建交70周年為契機，依托中瑞（兩江）產(chǎn)業(yè)園務(wù)實合作，繼續(xù)加強經(jīng)貿(mào)投資、科技創(chuàng)新、高端制造業(yè)等領(lǐng)域合作，助力兩地友好合作再上新臺階。

會見法國駐成都總領(lǐng)事白嶼淞?xí)r，雙方表示將繼續(xù)致力于加強相互了解與合作，共同深化在雙向投資、教育、醫(yī)療、文化、科技、旅游等領(lǐng)域的合作，推動重慶和法國之間的友好合作關(guān)系不斷發(fā)展。

會見加拿大駐重慶總領(lǐng)事戴杰豪時，雙方表示將以2020年中加建交50周年為契機，切實加強雙方在經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域的合作，共同推進(jìn)雙方合作掀開嶄新篇章。

會見英國駐重慶總領(lǐng)事艾佩詩時，雙方表示，未來將搶抓機遇，在經(jīng)貿(mào)、旅游、智能產(chǎn)業(yè)、高等教育等領(lǐng)域不斷深化合作，攜手推動“成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈”建設(shè)，開創(chuàng)雙方合作交往新局面。

Zhang Yongwu Meets with Consul-Generals of Foreign Countries in Chongqing and Chengdu to Discuss Plans of Cooperation in 2020

From January 6 to 16， Zhang Yongwu， secretary of Leading Party Members' Group of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government， met with consuls-generals of Singapore， Australia， Japan， Germany， Switzerland， France， Canada and UK in Chongqing or Chengdu at the Municipal Foreign Affairs Building to discuss plans of mutual exchanges and cooperation for a promising future.

When meeting with Tan Chee King， Singaporean consul-general in Chengdu， the two sides reviewed the exchanges between Chongqing and Singapore in 2019 and agreed that the two sides would continue to maintain close ties and jointly take the exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Singapore as well as the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity to a new level.

During the meeting with Christopher Lim， Australian consul-general in Chengdu， the two sides said， they would jointly push forward the cooperation between Chongqing and Australia in various fields， and use Smart China Expo as a platform to help deepen the cooperation between Chongqing and Australia in the field of scientific and technological innovation.

When meeting with Watanabe Nobuyuki， Japanese consul-general in Chongqing， the two sides hoped to seize the momentum of the 8th Trilateral Summit Meeting Among China， Japan and South Korea to jointly raise the level of cooperation between the two sides to achieve greater development. In particular， they plan to promote cooperation in areas such as infrastructure， investment and trade， science and technology， culture and tourism.

During the meeting with Wolfgang Rudischhauser， German consul-general in Chengdu， the two sides exchanged views on further deepening the exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Germany in various fields and agreed to focus on promoting practical cooperation in investment and trade， logistics， new energy， medical care， education， art， environmental protection and tourism in the next stage.

During the meeting with Conny Camenzind， Swiss consul-general in Chengdu， the two sides said， in 2020， they will take the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Switzerland as an opportunity to continue to strengthen cooperation in areas such as investment and trade， science and technology， and high-end manufacturing by relying on practical cooperation in China-Swiss （Liangjiang） Industrial Park， so as to take the friendly cooperation between Chongqing and Switzerland to a new level.

During the meeting with Bruno Bisson， French consul-general in Chengdu， the two sides agreed to continue to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation， in particular in two-way investment， education， medical care， culture， science & technology and tourism， so that friendly ties between Chongqing and France would continue to prosper.

When meeting with Jeff David， Canadian consul-general in Chongqing， the two sides said， they would take the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Canada in 2020 as an opportunity to strengthen mutual cooperation in the fields of investment， trade， culture， medical care， etc. and to jointly open a new chapter in the cooperation between the two sides.

When meeting with Cecille Elbelebidl， British consul-general in Chongqing，the two sides said， they would seize the opportunities to deepen cooperation in the fields of investment and trade， tourism， intelligent industry and higher education， to jointly promote the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle and to break new ground in mutual cooperation and exchanges.
