【摘要】目的:分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理運(yùn)用于口腔頜面部手術(shù)中的效果。方法:選取于我院接受口腔頜面部手術(shù)的62例患者作為本次實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究對(duì)象,將其分為使用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式的對(duì)照組和使用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理方式的觀察組,每組隨機(jī)分配31例患者,對(duì)比兩組患者對(duì)護(hù)理方式的滿意度。結(jié)果:采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的觀察組滿意度為(96.77%),而采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式的對(duì)照組患者對(duì)護(hù)理方式的滿意度僅為(83.87%),滿意度數(shù)據(jù)相差較大,有明顯可比性(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)接受口腔頜面部手術(shù)的患者采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理,護(hù)理質(zhì)量更高,對(duì)患者的康復(fù)有積極意義。

[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods:62 patients who underwent oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups: the control group using conventional nursing methods and the observation group using high-quality nursing methods. 31 patients were randomly assigned to each group, and their satisfaction with nursing methods was compared between the two groups. Results: Satisfaction rate of the observation group with high quality nursing was 96.77%, while that of the control group with conventional nursing was only 83.87%. Satisfaction data were quite different and comparable (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The quality of nursing care for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery is higher, and it has positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients.

1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
參與本次實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究對(duì)象共有62例,均為患有口腔頜面部疾病且接受手術(shù)治療的患者,實(shí)驗(yàn)開始前,被隨機(jī)分配為采用不同護(hù)理方式的觀察組和對(duì)照組。62例患者中,男性37例,女性25例,年齡在27~51歲之間,平均年齡(42.33±1.28)歲。兩組患者的一般資料無可比性(P>0.05)。
1.2 方法
給予對(duì)照組患者常規(guī)護(hù)理,在護(hù)理過程中,護(hù)理人員要根據(jù)患者的具體情況來制定護(hù)理方案,對(duì)患者的用藥、飲食進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),并將手術(shù)過程中的相關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)告知患者。對(duì)觀察組患者采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理,首先,在術(shù)前,護(hù)理人員要加強(qiáng)對(duì)患者的心理干預(yù),要知道,患有口腔頜面部疾病的患者,由于該疾病的位置較為特殊,且對(duì)其形象造成了損害,因此其心理必然存在著較為嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面情緒,護(hù)理人員要主動(dòng)與患者進(jìn)行交流,并在交流過程中注意患者神態(tài)變化,尋找突破口,有針對(duì)性的對(duì)患者進(jìn)行心理狀態(tài)的疏導(dǎo)[1]。其次,在術(shù)中,護(hù)理人員要輔助主刀醫(yī)生完成手術(shù),并對(duì)患者進(jìn)行保溫護(hù)理,降低術(shù)后的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。最后,在術(shù)后,護(hù)理人員要對(duì)患者進(jìn)行相關(guān)健康知識(shí)的宣教,促使患者提高對(duì)該疾病的重視程度,并注意對(duì)手術(shù)切口的清潔消毒及口腔清潔,同時(shí)還要囑咐患者飲食方面的注意事項(xiàng)[2]。
1.3 觀察指標(biāo)
將患者對(duì)護(hù)理方式的滿意度作為本次對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)的觀察指標(biāo)。
1.4 統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理
在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,數(shù)據(jù)的分析與處理使用SPSS22.0,患者對(duì)護(hù)理方式的滿意度使用(%),以(P<0.05)為具有可比性。

就當(dāng)下實(shí)際情況來看,由于多種因素的影響,患有口腔頜面部疾病的患者越來越多,對(duì)患者的形象影響較為嚴(yán)重,因此,需要采用手術(shù)的方式來進(jìn)行治療,由于病癥部位較為特殊,因此護(hù)理難度相對(duì)較大,若護(hù)理質(zhì)量較低那么可能會(huì)使患者的心理受到一定的打擊,而在常規(guī)護(hù)理方式的基礎(chǔ)上增加優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理,可以有效提高對(duì)患者的護(hù)理針對(duì)性,促進(jìn)患者的快速康復(fù)[3-4]。
在本次對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)來看,采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的觀察組,非常滿意患者24例,一般滿意6例,不滿意1例,滿意度(96.77%),而采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式的對(duì)照組,非常滿意16例,一般滿意10例,不滿意5例,滿意度為(83.87%),由此可見,優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果更好,且數(shù)據(jù)有明顯差異(P<0.05),適宜廣泛于臨床中應(yīng)用。
