Preparations for the 2022 Winter Olympics have stimulated Chinas development. Owing to the construction of the international-standard ski resorts and the implementation of poverty-alleviation measures， Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City has experienced an economic revival and taken off， leaping from a state-level poor county to a new modern town.
