[摘要]目的 探討系統(tǒng)化護(hù)理在輸尿管鏡碎石日間手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2016年8月～2018年8月我院收治的80例輸尿管結(jié)石患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為對(duì)照組（40例）與觀察組（40例）。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方法，觀察組采用系統(tǒng)化護(hù)理方法。比較兩組患者的手術(shù)等待時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、護(hù)理后費(fèi)用，護(hù)理滿意度，手術(shù)完成率。結(jié)果 觀察組護(hù)理后的手術(shù)等待時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，護(hù)理后費(fèi)用低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組護(hù)理后的護(hù)理總滿意率為98.00%，高于對(duì)照組的80.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組護(hù)理后的手術(shù)完成率比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 系統(tǒng)化護(hù)理在輸尿管鏡碎石日間手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果顯著，可縮短患者的手術(shù)等待時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間，降低住院費(fèi)用，提高護(hù)理滿意度，值得推廣。

Nursing process of day operation for ureteroscopic lithotripsy in county hospitals

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in the day operation of ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods Eighty patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group （40 cases） and observation group （40 cases） according to random number method. The control group was given routine nursing method， while the observation group was given systematic nursing method. The operation waiting time， hospitalization time， post-care costs， nursing satisfaction degree and operation completion rate were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The operation waiting time and hospitalization time of the observation group after nursing were shorter than those of the control group， post-care costs was lower than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.00%， which was higher than that in the control group （80.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the operation completion rate between the two groups after nursing （P>0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing in ureteroscopic lithotripsy daytime operation has a significant effect. It can shorten the operation waiting time and hospitalization time of patients， reduce hospitalization costs and improve nursing satisfaction degree， and it is worth promoting.

近些年來(lái)，輸尿管鏡碎石日間手術(shù)方式并未取得顯著效果，為改善此現(xiàn)狀，急需一種新型護(hù)理方法應(yīng)用其中。此外，隨著社會(huì)及醫(yī)學(xué)的需求，國(guó)家逐漸要求開(kāi)展日間手術(shù)。通過(guò)探討系統(tǒng)化護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果，可為醫(yī)院及患者帶來(lái)福音，有助于醫(yī)院治療效率和患者病情的恢復(fù)。開(kāi)展日間手術(shù)的醫(yī)院相較于未開(kāi)展日間手術(shù)的醫(yī)院的病床周轉(zhuǎn)率更高，可解決病床使用不足等問(wèn)題;開(kāi)展日間手術(shù)可減少患者手術(shù)等待時(shí)間，提高患者的治療有效率、縮短其住院時(shí)間，減輕其家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)，有利于緩解其抑郁情緒;開(kāi)展日間手術(shù)可提高醫(yī)療資源利用率[1-3]。本研究選取80例輸尿管結(jié)石患者作為研究對(duì)象，比較常規(guī)護(hù)理與系統(tǒng)化護(hù)理的效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

綜上所述，科學(xué)、實(shí)用的輸尿管鏡碎石日間手術(shù)的護(hù)理流程應(yīng)用價(jià)值顯著，可提高醫(yī)院病床周轉(zhuǎn)率，減輕患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)，提高治療有效率，臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值值得進(jìn)一步推廣。
