Abstract:With the development of science and technology,photography culture has been impacted by various cultures from society.At the same time,photography is becoming more and more important in life and work.Many jobs can not be done without the assistance of photography.Many information can not be disseminated without photography as a media,and peoples aesthetic concepts have undergone tremendous changes.This paper mainly discusses how to teach photography course in Colleges and universities from the development of photography culture.

一、Photography Culture
During the period from the founding of New China to before the “Cultural Revolution”,the communication environment was limited.The photographic culture at that time was hindered by the political system,and the readers had been passively receiving information.The photographic creators were also passively creating information.Most of the information they conveyed was covered with “politics”.The veil,the readers psychological appeal and the artistic aesthetic appeal are seriously neglected,which is difficult to be reflected by photography.Today,with the advancement of political democratization,information dissemination is no longer influenced by politics,and gradually pursues liberalization.Under this background,the information transmitted by photography tends to diversify gradually,and photography culture changes from the field of political documentation to the field of artistic creation.The information expressed by photography is no longer limited to documentary,but more innovative expression.Finally,photography culture promotes the development of society.With the development of social economy,politics and other aspects,the expression of photography tends to peoples livelihood,and the information transmission of peoples livelihood photography better promotes the transformation and upgrading of society.
二、Culture and Art
There are many ways of photographic composition.Tripartite composition is the most commonly used composition.Tripartite composition is to place the subject in one third of the picture,because the visual center of the picture is often in one third of the picture,such composition can make the main performance of the picture more prominent.Dichotomy refers to the composition of a picture into nine palaces,where the subject is placed at the intersection of one third of the horizontal lines and one third of the vertical lines on the left,and the other is placed at the intersection of one third of the horizontal lines and one third of the horizontal lines on the right.
三、Photography Culture
In addition,teachers also try to connect with other courses.Because photography is not an independent subject,photography covers science and technology,news and painting and other fields of knowledge,so photography is a comprehensive subject.In daily photography teaching activities,photography teachers accurately grasp the new trend of social development,pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge in various disciplines,and apply it to photography,so as to enrich their connotation.Finally,teachers apply their innovative ideas to teaching practice and find shortcomings in teaching.Only in this way can we promote the development of photography culture teaching to meet the requirements of the times.studentsphotography courses can be summarized as follows: basic courses of art such as sketch,color,graphic design; courses of photography theory such as art introduction,photography history at home and abroad; professional and technical courses such as photographic lighting,photographic composition,and practical courses such as concept photography,news photography,landscape photography,etc.
