【摘?要】華能布拖二期（補(bǔ)爾）風(fēng)電場(chǎng)是涼山州規(guī)劃建設(shè)千萬裝機(jī)風(fēng)電基地的前期重要工程，本工程裝機(jī)25臺(tái)單機(jī)容量2.0MW的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組，年發(fā)電量在8000萬KW.h左右，通過輸電線路將清潔能源輸送至千家萬戶。該工程所在地因?yàn)樘厥獾乩項(xiàng)l件造成大霧天數(shù)多、能見度低，且地形復(fù)雜，極不利于吊裝，安裝機(jī)型為FD108C型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)直徑108m，安裝難度極大。施工過程中，水電九局深入技術(shù)研究、加強(qiáng)管控、優(yōu)化技術(shù)方案，解決了施工難題，確保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全可控，提高了公司聲譽(yù)，取得了良好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為解決具體的施工難題，以布拖風(fēng)電吊裝為背景，深入分析能見度低，安裝困難條件下進(jìn)度、安全、工效等方面的施工難點(diǎn)，總結(jié)了針對(duì)本工程施工難點(diǎn)采取的具體處理對(duì)策，以確保施工安全，提升施工進(jìn)度，節(jié)省成本投入。

Research on Hoisting Technology of Wind Power Equipment under Complex Environmental Conditions

【Abstract】Huaneng Butuo Phase II （Buer） Wind Farm is an important project in the planning and construction of a tens of millions of installed wind power bases in Liangshan Prefecture. This project installs 25 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 2.0 MW. The annual power generation is around 80 million KW.h. ， through the transmission line to send clean energy to thousands of households. Due to the special geographical conditions， the location of the project caused many foggy days， low visibility， and complex terrain， which is extremely unfavorable for hoisting. The installation model is FD108C wind turbine， and the impeller rotation diameter is 108m， which is extremely difficult to install. During the construction process， the 9th Bureau of Hydropower went deep into technical research， strengthened management and control， optimized technical solutions， solved construction problems， ensured project schedule， quality， safety and control， improved the company's reputation， and achieved good economic benefits. In order to solve the specific construction problems， the cloth wind power hoisting as the background， in-depth analysis of construction visibility， safety， work efficiency and other aspects of construction difficulties under low visibility， difficult installation conditions， summarized the specific treatment measures for the construction difficulties of this project to ensure Construction safety， improve construction progress and save cost.

1. 引言

目前，國(guó)家風(fēng)電建設(shè)正在向西部發(fā)展，包括西南、西北兩大風(fēng)電基地目前正在逐步進(jìn)行，其中西南風(fēng)力條件好，滿發(fā)率高，但西南地區(qū)大多數(shù)為山地地區(qū)，大霧天數(shù)多，對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)吊裝產(chǎn)生了極大的影響，因此應(yīng)該從根源進(jìn)行研究，有針對(duì)性的提出解決方案，并將方案進(jìn)行總結(jié)、優(yōu)化，形成一整套的吊裝理論，保證后期在這種條件下可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速吊裝，為今后風(fēng)電建設(shè)打下一個(gè)良好的基礎(chǔ)。

2. 工程概況

2.1?項(xiàng)目概況。

（1）華能布拖二期（補(bǔ)爾）風(fēng)電場(chǎng)位于四川省涼山州布拖縣境內(nèi)，工程規(guī)劃建設(shè)25臺(tái)單機(jī)容量2.0MW風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)組，其中一臺(tái)限功率1.5MW，風(fēng)電場(chǎng)總裝機(jī)容量49.5MW。風(fēng)電場(chǎng)使用FD108C-000105HSM型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組，該種風(fēng)機(jī)有6個(gè)大的部件需吊裝，包含4段塔筒、機(jī)艙、葉輪，其中吊高最高與吊重最重的部件為機(jī)艙，吊裝高度為92m，吊重85t，吊裝過程中受天氣影響最大的為葉輪，機(jī)組及塔筒總重約322t。
