National Day is on the 1st of October every year. This is the birthday of our motherland. This year is the 70th anniversary（周年） celebrations of our country. This summer holiday， my family and I went to the capital Beijing. In Beijing， we visit the Great Wall， the Summer Palace and Tsinghua University（清華大學(xué)）. During the trip， we eat a lot of delicious food in Beijing. Visitors are strongly advised（強(qiáng)烈建議） to taste the Beijing Roast Duck（北京烤鴨） with sauce（蘸醬） aside.

As time goes on， our country is developing and growing stronger. I want to say， “Happy birthday， my motherland. I love you， China！”
