Ma Wanguo， art name Baohai， was born in Shandong province， and graduated from the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at Central Academy of Fine Arts （CAFA）. Ma is a member of Chinese Artists Association， visiting professor at Chinese Peoples Public Security University and Shandong University of Technology， artist of China Charity Federation， and research fellow at Communication University of China. Mas solo exhibitions were held at National Art Museum of China in 1994 and 2004， and his joint exhibition with prof. Liu Jingui at CAFA took place at Shandong Art Museum in 2000. His works have been displayed at national， large-scale exhibitions for many times， winning several awards. A lot of his works have been collected by well-known museums and institutions， such as the Great Hall of the People， Zhongnanhai， and National Art Museum of China. Five collections of his works have been published by famous publishing houses in China.

馬萬國，藝名抱海，齊魯人士，曾就讀于中央美術(shù)學院國畫系。現(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國人民公安大學客座教授，中華慈善總會中華慈善美術(shù)家，中國傳媒大學藝術(shù)研究所研究員，文化部華夏文化遺產(chǎn)中國畫院創(chuàng)研室副主任，山東理工大學美術(shù)學院客座教授。1994年8月與2014年8月在中國美術(shù)館舉辦個人畫展，2000年1月在山東美術(shù)館與中央美術(shù)學院劉金貴教授聯(lián)展。作品曾多次入選全國性大展并獲獎，許多作品被人民大會堂、中南海、中央軍委辦公廳、中國美術(shù)館及各大博物館和紀念館收藏。 中國民族攝影藝術(shù)出版社出版精裝版《馬萬國中國畫作品集》（昆侖系列）；天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版《中國獨樹一幟名家·馬萬國畫昆侖山》；人民美術(shù)出版社出版《馬萬國百幅扇面作品集》《馬萬國百幅團扇作品集》《馬萬國百幅國畫作品集》（第一輯、第二輯）。
