2019“看中國·外國青年影像計劃·重慶行”在西南大學(xué)啟動。
文化共通,理想同行。2019“看中國·外國青年影像計劃·重慶行”于4月在重慶舉行,來自意大利、西班牙、斯洛伐克、波蘭、羅馬尼亞、巴勒斯坦的10位外國青年導(dǎo)演經(jīng)過17天的潛心創(chuàng)作,深入了解重慶的歷史文化、風(fēng)土人情,完成了10部紀(jì)錄短片,以鏡頭闡釋“時刻·時節(jié)·時光”主題下的中國之美、重慶之美,讓世界了解重慶文化。
“看中國·外國青年影像計劃”是由北京師范大學(xué)會林文化基金和中國文化國際傳播研究院主辦的一項中國文化體驗項目,自2011年啟動以來已成功舉辦8屆。此項目旨在通過外國青年電影人的獨特視角展現(xiàn)中國文化,加強中外青年的跨文化溝通、交流與合作。2018“看中國·外國青年影像計劃”首次落戶重慶,2019“看中國”項目再次走進(jìn)重慶,由西南大學(xué)新聞傳媒學(xué)院承辦。
Shared culture nurtures common ideal. Ten foreign young directors met in Chongqing for the“2019 Looking China·Youth Film Project” in April.Over the past 17 days, these directors from Italy,Spain, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and Palestine have committed themselves to make 10 documentary short films, based on their deep understanding of Chongqing's history, culture, customs. With the theme on “Moments, Seasons and Times”, they interpreted the beauty of Chongqing and wider China to help bring the Chongqing culture to all corners of the world.
此次活動將來自世界各地共同熱愛電影文化的追夢人連結(jié)在一起,為各國青年提供深入了解重慶的機(jī)會,也為中外青年搭建友誼橋梁。每部短片由外國青年擔(dān)任導(dǎo)演,西南大學(xué)新聞傳媒學(xué)院的學(xué)生擔(dān)任制片人,在合作拍攝過程中,不同的文化思想交流碰撞出新的火花。他們前往解放碑、洪崖洞、人民廣場、李子壩輕軌站、千廝門大橋、長江索道、北碚博物館、重慶自然博物館,了解巴渝歷史,品味建筑魅力和人文風(fēng)情,感受山城魔幻交通和迷人夜景,體驗非遺文化。
為期17天的文化體驗之旅,外國青年用眼睛看重慶,用心靈感受重慶,用鏡頭記錄重慶。他們分別在金剛碑、鵝嶺二廠、交通茶館、彈子石老街等地留下足跡,以不同的采訪對象和故事,不同的鏡頭語言,完成了《辣椒意中人》《光陰使者》《雙程》《墨與石》《觀茶》《追逐》《本氏精釀》《一眼萬年》《米語田言》《傅榆翔的外星人——從此未來》10部紀(jì)錄短片,記錄下巴渝文化的深厚內(nèi)涵。
外方指導(dǎo)老師、意大利馬切拉塔大學(xué)教授弗朗西斯科·卡赫提納里表示,這是他第三次參加該活動,“我去過深圳、珠海,這是第一次來到重慶?!迸臄z期間,他考察了主題中所有的拍攝地點。重慶的故事、風(fēng)景、建筑和文化氛圍,還有美食征服了他。他認(rèn)為,該活動為一群外國青年了解中國、了解重慶提供了契機(jī),并加強了中外青年之間的跨文化溝通、交流與合作。

The Looking China Youth Film Project is a Chinese cultural experience program sponsored by the Beijing Normal University Huilin Foundation and China Culture International Communication Research Institute(AICCC). Since its launch in 2011, the project has been successfully held for 8 rounds. It aims to showcase Chinese culture through the unique perspectives of foreign young filmmakers to strengthen cross-cultural exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign youth. In 2018, the event was first launched in Chongqing. It was hosted in Chongqing again this year, organized by the School of Journalism and Communication of Southwest University.
By bringing together dream-seekers worldwide who love film culture, this event provided young people with a great opportunity to have an in-depth understanding of Chongqing, and built a bridge of friendship for Chinese and foreign youth. Each short film is directed by a foreign youth, and produced by students of the School of Journalism and Communication of Southwest University. During the filming of documentaries, creativity was sparked by the collision of different cultural and ideological exchanges.They visited in Jiefangbei CBD, Hongyadong, People's Square, Liziba Light Rail Station, Qianximen Bridge,Yangtze River Cableway, Beibei Museum, Chongqing Natural Museum, to appreciate the history, unique architecture, humanities, magical traffic, charming night view and intangible cultural heritage of the city.
During their 17-day tour, foreign youth have savored the beauty of Chongqing with their eyes and souls, and recorded it with their camera lens. After visiting Jingangbei, TESTBED 2, Jiaotong Tea House,and Danzishi Old Street, they made 10 documentary short films to present the rich cultural heritage of Chongqing with different interviewees, stories and lens languages. They are Spicity, Platform No.3,Coexistence, Ink and Stone, Jiaotong Tea House,Chase, Brewing New Life, Hello, Chongqing!, Rice-ing Sun, Fu Yuxiang's Aliens: From Future and On.
Francesco Cardinali, the foreign instructor and professor of the University of Macerata, Italy, said that this was his third time to participate in the event.“I have been to Shenzhen and Zhuhai and this is my first visit to Chongqing.” The professor visited all the shooting locations. And he was impressed by the story, scenery, architecture and culture, as well as food of Chongqing. He believed that the event provided an opportunity for foreign youth to know about Chongqing and wider China, and strengthened cross-cultural exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign youth.
