如何寫(xiě)建議信

一、建議信寫(xiě)作攻略：

建議信是作者就有關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題向收信人提出自己的看法和建議的一種寫(xiě)作文體。建議信有可能是寫(xiě)給個(gè)人，就其遇到的某個(gè)問(wèn)題提出自己的看法和觀點(diǎn)；也可能是寫(xiě)給某個(gè)組織和機(jī)構(gòu)，就改進(jìn)其服務(wù)提出建議或忠告。建議信要寫(xiě)明寫(xiě)信的原因，建議的內(nèi)容，提出建議的理由。提出的理由要入情入理，語(yǔ)氣一定要禮貌得當(dāng)。因此建議信要寫(xiě)得目的明確、簡(jiǎn)明扼要，具有合理性和說(shuō)服力。

二、建議信寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng)：

1.建議信寫(xiě)作一定要符合英語(yǔ)信件的基本格式。

2.建議信的基本時(shí)態(tài)多用現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般將來(lái)時(shí)。

3.掌握建議信的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)：態(tài)度要誠(chéng)懇，語(yǔ)言要委婉、禮貌，顧及對(duì)方感受。
