唐氏綜合征(DS或DNS),又稱21-三體綜合征,是由染色體異常(多了一條21號染色體)而引起的遺傳疾病?;颊咄ǔS猩眢w發(fā)育遲緩、特殊面容以及輕中度智力殘疾等癥狀。患有唐氏綜合征的年輕成年人的平均智商為50,相當于8歲或9歲兒童的智商,但有時這種差異會很大。
