Abstract：Cellular biology is the study of the composition of cells and their operations. However， cells always come malfunctioned due to complexities within its structure. Some of the abnormalities associated with cells are cancer. Therefore， biology is a broad discipline major majorly focuses on the study of life in this research paper， focusing on the cancer cell， channels and carriers defects will the main point. Understanding the anticancer drugs and the effects they have in the cells and how they affect the tumor cells is also important. In the paper， focus will be directed in discussing the effect of defective transport and how it influences cancer as well as determining the impact that K+ channels has to tumor cells.

Introduction

Cancer is caused by the un-normal cell that the cells propagation. According to Brody （2014）， before 1900， pulmonary tuberculosis is the serious disease result in people died. But now， there are 15% of people died every year because of cancer. Further， people will need to cost more to treat cancer. There are many different reasons that cause cancer， external cause and internal cause all important. External cause includes like physic damage， chemical damage and virus damage， （Brody， 2014）. Internal damage kind of a “chance”. Sometimes there are some cells cannot normally separate and replication cause the “error”， for a long time， it becomes cancer. Transport defect is one of the internal reason that cause cancer.

Transport defect mostly happen since the person that born because the gene have some mistakes. It causes that some of the compound cannot be transported. Ion channel is the important part of transport. It is the protein which stick into cell membrane and has activity that can lead some ion pass though cell membrane but it also exists in cancer cells. When the ion goes into cell， some enzyme activity will change， （Hung et al， 2015）. But in cancer cell， the ion channels have error sign will give the compound wrong massager to come into cell. It may cause the cell over replication and finally form cancer.

Not only because the signal change， but also sometimes transport detect will limit the drugs work. If a patient has a cancer but the medicine cannot work， in a certain aspect， the transport detects influence cancer. Other than these， the transport detect also can influence the environment of cell which will cause cancer， （Brody， 2014）. This article will focus on how transport defect influence the cancer with different aspect. Nowadays， many scientists try to find the solution to solve about the transport defect， but it still hard.
