教學(xué)過程

Step 1.Warm-up

1.Before class.

Play an English song“Friends”.

(此歌曲為教師根據(jù)單元的主要內(nèi)容編寫,歌曲內(nèi)容主要描述和來自不同國家的同學(xué)做efriend是件快樂的事。)

2.Greetings.

T:Good morning,everyone.Nice to meet you.

Ss:Nice to meet you,too.

(由于借班上課,師生之間不熟悉,此時教師為了Presentation環(huán)節(jié)的順利開展,沒有和學(xué)生做充分的互動,以便留下懸念。)

設(shè)計意圖:在課前播放自編歌曲,既緩解了上課時的緊張氣氛,又通過歌曲使學(xué)生回顧了本單元的重點。而在上課開始,簡單又直接的greetings緩解了和學(xué)生之間的陌生感,沒有切入更多授課教師和學(xué)生的信息,為下一個環(huán)節(jié)的實施留下了充分的空間和懸念。

Step 2.Lead-in

1.Game:Yes or No

T:You have learned the story My e-friend.Do you remember it?

Ss:Yes.

T:That’s great! Then let’s play a game“Yes or No”,OK?

Ss:OK.

T:Look at the rules.If the sentence about the story is right,please say yes,yes,he is/does/can.If it is wrong,please say no,no,he isn’t/doesn’t/can’t.

T:Let’s begin.

(為了讓學(xué)生更加明確教師的指令,提高課堂效率,教師邊說邊用PPT呈現(xiàn)游戲規(guī)則。然后再將教師根據(jù)故事中的主人公Peter的信息編寫的七個一般疑問句呈現(xiàn)出來,讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行正誤判斷。)

設(shè)計意圖:語法教學(xué)板塊雖然是單獨的一個板塊,但并不能脫離整個單元而獨立進(jìn)行語法教授,教師要有單元整體教學(xué)的意識。通過判斷正誤的游戲,除了增加學(xué)生興趣之外,教師通過七個問句引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)了本單元的主要內(nèi)容。而一般疑問句的呈現(xiàn)方式,則是結(jié)合了本節(jié)課語法板塊的主要內(nèi)容,這一環(huán)節(jié)承上啟下。游戲中的回答節(jié)奏感比較強(qiáng),也便于學(xué)生掌握一般疑問句的回答方式。

2.Get to know you.

T:You did a good job!You know Peter very well.But I’m new here,and I don’t know much about you.Let me get to know you through questions.

T:Could you tell me your name?

S1:My name is...

T:Do you like your English teacher?

S1:Yes,I do.

T:What subject do you like best?

S1:I like English.

(此時教師通過和多個學(xué)生對話對他們進(jìn)行了解。教師在選擇問句時盡量用含有助動詞do的一般疑問句和特殊疑問句,且提示學(xué)生用完整句子回答。)

T:I know some of you now.Doyou know about your classmates?Let me test you.

T:Does S1 like his English teacher?

Ss:Yes,he does.

T:What subject does S1like best?

Ss:He likes English best.

T:Do S1 and S2 walk to school everyday?

Ss:No,they don’t.

(教師利用之前獲得的學(xué)生信息對全班進(jìn)行提問,此時盡量使用含有助動詞does的一般疑問句和特殊疑問句,也可以使用助動詞do對含有相同答案的學(xué)生們一并提問。)

設(shè)計意圖:通過問題進(jìn)一步了解學(xué)生,拉近和學(xué)生間的距離,而和學(xué)生間的連鎖問題增加了話輪,讓本節(jié)課的語法內(nèi)容不斷在對話中出現(xiàn),在不知不覺中強(qiáng)化了學(xué)生的主要教學(xué)重點的意識,為下一步的Get to know me和Get to know her呈現(xiàn)環(huán)節(jié)做好鋪墊。

Step 3.Presentation

1.Get to know me.

T:Now I know many of you.Butyou don’tknowme much,right? Do you want to know me?

Ss:Yes,we do.

T:Now four students in a group,discuss some good questions with “do”like the questions I asked you just now.Then write the questions on the paper.I will choose some of your ques tionsto stick on the blackboard and answer them.

S1:Do you have a child?

T:Yes,I do.

S2:What do you like?

T:I like singing.

(在學(xué)生小組討論時,教師要不斷地巡視,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生所提問題有錯誤的地方要及時糾正。再選取有代表意義的含有do的疑問句粘貼在黑板上。)

T:Now,look at these questions on the blackboard,ask me toge ther and I’llans wer them one by one.

2.Get to know her.

T:You know me a lot now.What about this little girl? Of course, she is my daughter.Pleaseask mesome questions abou ther.Buts till discussin groups first, then write them down.

S1:Does she like English?

S2:What does she like?

S3:...

(教師指著PPT中呈現(xiàn)的女兒照片,讓學(xué)生們小組討論,并提出關(guān)于她的問題。教師提示學(xué)生此時對第三人稱單數(shù)提問要用助動詞does,再選取有代表意義的含有does的疑問句粘貼在黑板上。)

T:Good questions about her.But I am not going to answer your questions.Let’s listen to her and ans wer the seque stions together.

(教師播放錄音,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)真傾聽并做集體回答。針對錄音內(nèi)容,教師還可以適當(dāng)補充一些問題讓學(xué)生回答?;卮疬^程中,教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生使用完整回答方式。)

T:Does she like English?

Ss:Yes,she does.

T:What does she like?

Ss:Sheli kesdra wing and playing the piano.

T:Does she want to be your e-friend?

Ss:Yes,she does.

設(shè)計意圖:通過以上兩個活動的設(shè)計,教師借助學(xué)生這個學(xué)習(xí)主體,巧妙地呈現(xiàn)了本節(jié)課關(guān)于利用do,does對不同人稱進(jìn)行提問及回答的重點語法。因為信息溝的存在,學(xué)生興趣盎然,積極思考問題。另外,小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的方式讓每一個學(xué)生都主動思考和參與,教師在活動過程中的指導(dǎo)和糾錯,也解決了部分學(xué)生對do和does用法不清的問題。

3.Classify the questions and answer.

T:Look at all the questions on the blackboard.Could you help me classify these questions into two groups?You can discuss in your groups first.

(教師此時讓學(xué)生對黑板上無明確順序的問題分類擺放,然后在黑板上演示。)

T:OK,let’s have a look.I think he is right.

T:Could you tell me why S1 classifies in this way?

Ss:Group 1 hasdo,and Group 2 has does.

T:Right.Pay attention.In general questions,we always put do or does at the beginning of a sentence.In wh-questions,we always put them after wh-words.

T:Now, please answer these questions again.

(教師在學(xué)生回答時及時板書,并呈現(xiàn)本課課題。同時,教師補充可替換的人稱,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)動詞的第三人稱單數(shù)形式。)

設(shè)計意圖:教師通過對全班同學(xué)追問why,再次引發(fā)學(xué)生的深度思考,在讓學(xué)生明晰分類規(guī)則后,教師借助于板書進(jìn)一步講解do,does如何幫助構(gòu)成一般疑問句和特殊疑問句的語法點。并且通過集體回答,既復(fù)習(xí)了之前呈現(xiàn)的兩個活動,又呈現(xiàn)了此節(jié)課語法內(nèi)容的回答部分。所以,在語法課型中,機(jī)械的語法呈現(xiàn)和講解完全可以通過學(xué)生的主動思考和參與來完成,教師在此過程中做好啟發(fā)和引導(dǎo)作用,讓枯燥的語法課成為學(xué)生思維發(fā)展的陣地。

Step 4.Practise

1.Ask questions according to the picture.

T:I think you know how to ask and answer questions about the persons you want to know.Let’s ask some questions about these people and try to answer them.First Picture 1.

S1:Do they like singing?

Ss:Yes,they do.

S2:Where do they come from?

Ss:Maybe they come from Beijing.

T:What about Picture 2?

S3:Whatdoes Yao Ming like best?

Ss:He likes playing basketball best.

S4:Does he often play basketball now?

Ss:No,he doesn’t.He is a little fat now.

2.Ask questions about your group members.

T:Now you know something about me,my daughter,TF boys and Yao Ming by asking questions.Whataboutyourclassmates? Please ask yourgroup memberssome questionsa bout themselves to know more.

Group work:

S1:A,do you like your parents?

A:Yes,I do.

S2:A and B,do you like our teachers?

A&B:Yes,we do.

S3:C,how do you go to school everyday?

C:I go to school on foot.

設(shè)計意圖:通過對一些耳熟能詳?shù)墓娙宋锖托〗M成員的問答,操練含有do和does的一般疑問句和特殊疑問句,進(jìn)一步鞏固語法結(jié)構(gòu),為學(xué)生的下一步活用奠定扎實的語言基礎(chǔ)。

Step 5.Fun time

1.Guessing game.

T:I know all of you like games.Let’s play a guessing gamenow.Thatis whoisit?Buthow to play this game?Please open your books,turn to Page 62.Read the part of Fun time and tell me how to guess who it is.

T:First,we can ask if he is a boy or a girl.That is gender.Then ask some hobbies about him or her.Also,we can ask questions about his or her favorite subject, favorite sport,the traffic way and so on.

(此時教師就如何縮小猜測范圍讓學(xué)生開展討論。書上只提到了性別和愛好,但是教師要為學(xué)生拓展更多的猜測路徑,尤其是聯(lián)系之前課堂活動中學(xué)生通過討論及時生成的一些問題范疇,最后教師總結(jié)。)

T:Now, let’s play this game.I’ll invite one student to the front and ask the questions.Other students can look at the pictures and answer the questions he or she raises.But you’d better get the answer within five questions.Let’s begin.

(教師一一呈現(xiàn)授課班級兩名學(xué)生的照片,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生開展猜謎活動。限制問題的數(shù)量,有利于學(xué)生對所提問題的價值進(jìn)行考量。)

S1:Is it a girl?

Ss:No,it isn’t.

S2:Does he like play football?

Ss:Yes,he does.

S1:It’s Sun Tao.

Ss:You’re wrong.

2.Guessing your classmate in your group.

T:You really like this game.Now you can playthis game in your groups.One asks the questions,the other three answer.Of course, you three should write down the name of your classmate on the paper first and don’t let your partner know.

設(shè)計意圖:通過學(xué)生對Fun time中游戲內(nèi)容的自學(xué)、討論,教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會分析問題、解決問題。同時教師對于猜測路徑的總結(jié)很好地發(fā)展了學(xué)生邏輯思維能力,有利于培養(yǎng)他們思維的條理性和深刻性。

Step 6.Summary

T:I think we have a good time today.Do you like me?

Ss:Yes,we do.

T:Do you want to be my friends?

Ss:Yes,we do.

T:I know you like games.But do you like English songs?

Ss:Yes,we do.

T:Let’s enjoy a song.

設(shè)計意圖:把語法板塊教學(xué)始終置于單元整體教學(xué)之中,歌曲根據(jù)單元主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作,學(xué)生們在歌聲中強(qiáng)化了語法知識,在愉悅的氛圍中內(nèi)化了語言知識。
