Mr. Liu Youju, a well-known Chinese artist and critic, established the International Art Salon and organized the first China-France Art Forum held in South Chinas Guangzhou in October. The event attracted a large number of international artists and critics, including Yves Kobry, Francois Michaud, Rémy Aron, Christian Noorbergen, Zhang Fuye, Zhao Li, Shu Shijun, etc., achieving a great success. The participants of the forum expressed their understandings of the contemporary arts from different perspectives. It is a unique opportunity for artists and critics to make exchanges.
曾在佛羅倫薩美術(shù)學(xué)院做《區(qū)域主義批判》演講的中國著名藝術(shù)家、自由評(píng)論家劉佑局先生,借鑒歐洲文藝復(fù)興“大師俱樂部”的藝術(shù)及思想形式,創(chuàng)辦“國際藝術(shù)沙龍”,并于今年10月在廣州白云國際會(huì)議中心舉行首屆“中法藝術(shù)論壇”。來自法國的文藝批評(píng)家伊夫·柯布里(Yves Kobry)、弗朗索瓦·米肖(Francois Michaud)、雷米·阿?。≧émy Aron)、克里斯蒂安·諾伯根(Christian Noorbergen),中國藝術(shù)評(píng)論家張夫也、趙力、舒士俊、唐應(yīng)山、吳強(qiáng)、于洋、高嶺、蒼鑫、陳默、馬澤霖、王啟凡出席了會(huì)議。評(píng)論家們以各自的藝術(shù)觀點(diǎn)表達(dá)了對(duì)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)不同角度的理解,法國評(píng)論家伊夫·柯布里從“現(xiàn)代主義”立場(chǎng)出發(fā),對(duì)“紐約畫派”和“巴黎畫派”做了學(xué)術(shù)性的歷史透視。中國評(píng)論家高嶺則站在“當(dāng)代”的立場(chǎng)對(duì)中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)缺乏時(shí)代意識(shí)滲透進(jìn)行了深入的批判。
劉佑局在主題發(fā)言中指出:今天我并不從當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的歷史場(chǎng)景出發(fā),因?yàn)檫@個(gè)“歷史場(chǎng)景”的視線太窄,這個(gè)藝術(shù)的則重點(diǎn)并沒有從藝術(shù)的公民意識(shí)去解讀更深更廣的“政治意義”。中國是一個(gè)最缺乏藝術(shù)公民意識(shí)的國家,在這個(gè)國土從未誕生過被西方認(rèn)可的世界藝術(shù)大師。從這個(gè)意義出發(fā),只有培養(yǎng)藝術(shù)的公民意識(shí),才能使“中國文化”加速與世界文明的價(jià)值體系接軌。
我們不得不承認(rèn),中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的發(fā)展還包裹在“自信”的“區(qū)域主義”困局里。因此,突破區(qū)域主義的精神制約,才能找到當(dāng)代藝術(shù)發(fā)展的根本方向。
Born in Jiexi county of South Chinas Guangdong province in 1955, Liu Youju is known as the “founder of illusionism painting”.
In March 2014, Liu Youjus painting Withed lotus and Autumn Shadow was collected and displayed by the Atlantic Gallery in America. In November of the same year, his personal exhibition was held in Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum, and his work Christmas Impression was collected by the museum. Invited by the British Parliament in October 2015 and sponsored by the British Parliament and the British Museum Committee, Fusion of the Classical and the Contemporary: Liu Youjus Painting Exhibition was held in the British Museum. His works Through the Millennium and Fertility of the Universe were respectively permanently collected by the British Parliament and British Museum.
In June 2016, invited by the Florence Academy of Art, Demolition vs Construction—Liu Youju Art Exhibition was held in Accademia delle Arti del Disegno, and Liu Youju delivered a speech named Art Should Break Regionalism in Comprehensive Teaching Hall of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze.Liu Youju is the fifth artist discussed at the Academy since the European Renaissance, and the first one was Leonardo da Vinci. He is first Asian artist holding the exhibition and seminar at the most sacred art palace.
In July 2016, Liu Youju art exhibition was held in Palazzo Medici in Florence. Ten works were permanently collected by important academic institutions, such as Florence Academy of Art, Brera Academy, Palazzo Medici, etc.
The exhibition of Liu Youjus paintings, Spring of Illusion, was held at Rongbaozhai Guilin Arts Gallery in Guilin, Southwest Chinas Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in March this year.
劉佑局,1955年出生于廣東揭西。早年以詩歌書法見長,1982年其詩歌《閃電》發(fā)表在《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》大地副刊并被收入《當(dāng)代千家詩選粹》;曾在中國國家博物館、廣州藝博院、杭州西湖美術(shù)館(浙江省美術(shù)館)、廣東美術(shù)館、西安亮寶樓、新西蘭奧克蘭市政廳等舉辦書法作品展。曾出任文化部第二屆國際書法展評(píng)委會(huì)副主任、中國書協(xié)第五屆全國書法展評(píng)委,中國書協(xié)第四屆創(chuàng)作委員。
2011年申請(qǐng)退出中國書法家協(xié)會(huì),后轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)孟罄L畫的全力探索。
2014年3月,劉佑局繪畫作品《殘荷秋影》被美國大西洋畫廊收藏陳列;同年11月,在尼克松總統(tǒng)博物館舉辦個(gè)人畫展,作品《圣誕印象》被尼克松總統(tǒng)博物館收藏。
2015年3月,其個(gè)人畫展在北京今日美術(shù)館舉行。
2015年8月,“幻象主義理性回歸——?jiǎng)⒂泳之嬚埂痹诒R浮宮西翼裝飾藝術(shù)館元帥廳舉行。
2015年10月,受英國國會(huì)邀請(qǐng)“古典與當(dāng)代融合——?jiǎng)⒂泳之嬚埂痹诖笥⒉┪镳^隆重舉行,作品《穿越千年》和《乾坤育化》分別被英國國會(huì)和大英博物館收藏。
2016年6月,受佛羅倫薩美術(shù)學(xué)院邀請(qǐng)“亂碼與重建——?jiǎng)⒂泳之嬚埂痹诜鹆_倫薩美術(shù)學(xué)院舉行,劉佑局在該校進(jìn)行了一場(chǎng)《藝術(shù)要打破區(qū)域主義》的學(xué)術(shù)演講,同時(shí)在佛羅倫薩美術(shù)學(xué)院大師俱樂部舉辦個(gè)人作品研討會(huì),打破了亞洲從沒有藝術(shù)家在這里開個(gè)人作品研討會(huì)的歷史。
2016年7月,劉佑局畫展在佛羅倫薩美第奇宮舉行,《秋色》《聯(lián)想》《高原風(fēng)情》等10幅作品分別被佛羅倫薩美術(shù)學(xué)院、米蘭布雷拉美術(shù)學(xué)院、美第奇宮等重要學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)收藏。
2017年10月,“幻象時(shí)空邂逅蓬皮杜——?jiǎng)⒂泳之嬚刽邔W(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)”在法國蓬皮杜國家藝術(shù)中心舉行。據(jù)主持人法國著名藝術(shù)史學(xué)家、藝術(shù)評(píng)論家、蓬皮杜資深策展人伊夫·柯布利介紹:劉佑局先生是第一位在此舉辦畫展和研討會(huì)的中國畫家。
歐洲《藝術(shù)與文化》法文版刊文介紹劉佑局時(shí),提到“劉佑局作為一個(gè)從中國書法家轉(zhuǎn)為幻象主義繪畫藝術(shù)大師,其繪畫成就在全球具有舉足輕重的藝術(shù)地位”。
2018年3月,由榮寶齋主辦的“劉佑局畫展”在榮寶齋桂林美術(shù)館舉行。
