Born in Rushan county of East Chinas Shandong province in 1958， Cao Jinghua likes painting and calligraphy since childhood with the influence of his father. Graduated from the fine arts major of Shandong Laiyang Normal College in the 1980s， Cao Jinghua has been engaging in the fine art education， creations and exchange activities since then.

Cai Jinghua is a member of Chinese Artists Association， member of Chinese Bird-and-flower Paintings Association， member of Shandong Artists Association， Vice Chairman of Weihai Artists Association， Art Director of China Fine Arts press， and chief art consultant of Korean Artists Association.

曹靜華，1958年生，山東乳山人。自幼受家父影響喜愛舞文弄墨，中學時期就有多幅作品參加省和全國展覽。1977年恢復高考后考入山東萊陽師范美術(shù)專業(yè)。畢業(yè)后一直從事美術(shù)教育、創(chuàng)作、交流活動。出版多部作品集，多幅作品被多家美術(shù)館收藏。先后在日本、新加坡、法國、韓國、中國臺灣和香港等十幾個國家和地區(qū)舉辦作品展。

現(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國花鳥畫協(xié)會理事，山東省美術(shù)家協(xié)會第六屆主席團委員、理事，威海市政協(xié)委員，威海美術(shù)家協(xié)會副主席，威海美協(xié)國畫藝委會副主任，臺灣《中華美術(shù)》雜志社美術(shù)總監(jiān)，韓國美術(shù)家協(xié)會首席藝術(shù)顧問。
