5月5日下午，2018浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)兒童戲劇節(jié)暨浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)成立30周年慶典和優(yōu)秀劇目展演活動，在浙江杭州湖墅南路上的浙江話劇團(tuán)劇場隆重舉行。

來自北京中國兒童藝術(shù)劇院和一些省級兒童劇院的院長、兒童劇“文華獎(jiǎng)”“梅花獎(jiǎng)”得主、著名兒童劇評論家，還有港澳臺地區(qū)和海外從事兒童劇創(chuàng)作、表演的嘉賓，分別趕來祝賀浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)成立30周年，并觀摩2018浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)兒童戲劇節(jié)優(yōu)秀劇目展演活動。

展演活動豐富多彩

筆者也受邀出席了慶典活動，并觀摩了首場兒童劇《玻璃城堡》的演出。

《玻璃城堡》是浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)由《格林童話》中的《七個(gè)烏鴉》故事改編的兒童劇，作為此次活動的開幕大戲在兒童戲劇節(jié)首次獻(xiàn)演。這是一個(gè)溫暖的親情故事，非常感動人心：劇中有位老裁縫和妻子生了7個(gè)兒子，由于他們很調(diào)皮，有時(shí)不聽父親的話。有一次因?yàn)楦赣H的一句無心詛咒，他們傷心地變成了7只烏鴉飛走了。這時(shí)老裁縫的一個(gè)女兒出生了，等女兒長大后，聽到鄰居講出她有7個(gè)哥哥的秘密，便決定走遍天涯去尋找哥哥。她獨(dú)自上路，歷盡艱險(xiǎn)，在太陽、月亮和北風(fēng)、南風(fēng)的幫助下，終于找到了7只烏鴉棲身的地方“玻璃城堡”，最后把7個(gè)哥哥帶回家與父母團(tuán)聚。演員們的精彩表演，受到嘉賓和兒童觀眾的喜愛。

在兒童戲劇節(jié)優(yōu)秀劇目展演活動期間，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)為浙江少年兒童奉上一批精彩的兒童劇。其中，特邀中國兒童藝術(shù)劇院、中國福利會兒童藝術(shù)劇院演出經(jīng)典話劇《賣火柴的小女孩》《馬蘭花》，并邀請?zhí)旖騼核囇莩?018國家藝術(shù)基金資助項(xiàng)目《少年魯班》，青島兒藝演出《阿凡提》等。6月1日，作為閉幕大戲，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)演出兒童劇《七色花》，為本次活動畫上圓滿的句號。這些演出的優(yōu)秀劇目，讓浙江的少年兒童觀眾大飽眼福，度過一個(gè)快樂的兒童節(jié)。

浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)從無到有

慶典活動現(xiàn)場，有位身穿紅衣服的老演員在一片熱烈的掌聲中走上舞臺致詞。

“這不是電視連續(xù)劇《紅樓夢》中的‘王夫人嗎？”筆者心中正生疑問時(shí)，舞臺兩側(cè)的字幕上顯示了兩行字：“浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)首任團(tuán)長、國家一級演員周賢珍致詞?！?/p>

周賢珍在致詞中介紹：“1982年，浙江話劇團(tuán)老團(tuán)長程維嘉率領(lǐng)《集郵迷的故事》劇組，到江西參加全國兒童劇調(diào)演，發(fā)現(xiàn)首都和一些省、市已有21個(gè)兒童劇團(tuán)，我們浙江卻是由成人劇團(tuán)去演兒童劇。這與有800萬兒童的省份來說，既是一個(gè)空白又是一大遺憾。隨后，北京兒童劇專家羅英、朱漪、程式如等到浙江調(diào)研，鼓勵(lì)浙江成立全國第22個(gè)兒童劇團(tuán)?！?/p>

1987年，周賢珍拍攝《紅樓夢》回來后，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就交給她和錢永明、邱志剛3位同事創(chuàng)辦浙江兒童藝術(shù)團(tuán)的任務(wù)。周賢珍的丈夫——曾擔(dān)任過浙江話劇團(tuán)團(tuán)長和浙江省文化廳藝術(shù)處處長的顧天高，深覺這是身為戲劇家的他們應(yīng)承擔(dān)的重任。于是，他倆和錢永明、邱志剛等就一起策劃、籌建浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)。

組建浙江兒童劇團(tuán)需要不少經(jīng)費(fèi)，周賢珍和邱志剛等人四處奔波求援。有熱心的人，也有不支持的人，她甚至還多次吃過“閉門羹”。周賢珍為此流過眼淚，但在顧天高的鼓勵(lì)和幫助下，她又樹立信心，迎難而上。

功夫不負(fù)有心人，在周賢珍和同事們的努力下，以及時(shí)任杭州市政協(xié)副主席項(xiàng)秀文、杭州工藝鞋廠廠長俞金水、錢江啤酒廠長、天龍實(shí)業(yè)公司總經(jīng)理朱成材和著名律師曹星等人士支持下，1988年4月12日，在杭州新僑飯店，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)宣告成立，周賢珍成為首任團(tuán)長。時(shí)任文化部部長的王蒙揮毫為劇團(tuán)成立題詞，顧錫東、錢法成、于冠西、史行等文化藝術(shù)界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了成立大會，《浙江日報(bào)》《中國少年報(bào)》等多家媒體作了報(bào)道。

浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)成立之初，缺少演兒童劇演員，周賢珍和同事們先通過在浙江話劇團(tuán)內(nèi)調(diào)劑了朱富毅、周財(cái)利、陳珂等5位演成人劇的老演員來改演兒童劇；同時(shí)，向浙江京劇團(tuán)、越劇團(tuán)去借調(diào)，或者到杭州少年宮和藝術(shù)學(xué)校去物色新演員。團(tuán)里缺少好的兒童劇本，就請顧天高、錢永明、虞哲杰合作編寫了一部科幻劇《明天飛》，讓演員們排演。接著，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)又排演了《老豬與小豬》等兒童劇，為少年兒童奉獻(xiàn)了精美的文化食糧，受到了廣大少年兒童觀眾和孩子家長、學(xué)校老師的歡迎。

另外，由顧天高、周賢珍和虞哲杰合作的兒童劇《嘿！小海軍》在劇場演出后，廣西壯族自治區(qū)委宣傳部、廣西電視臺、廣西電視劇制作中心、深圳電視藝術(shù)中心經(jīng)過改編，合拍成6集電視連續(xù)劇。該劇講述了濱海市某中學(xué)初中一年級2班的同學(xué)們?nèi)ズ＼娷娦＼娪?xùn)的故事，孩子們經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的軍訓(xùn)，經(jīng)受了種種生活風(fēng)浪的考驗(yàn)，已成長為真正的小海軍。這部電視劇在多家電視臺播出后，1995年獲得了中宣部第五屆“五個(gè)一工程獎(jiǎng)”。

30年堅(jiān)持傳播優(yōu)秀中外藝術(shù)

浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)成立以來，一代又一代的演職員們不忘初心，始終堅(jiān)持“為了孩子未來的騰飛”而創(chuàng)作，先后排演了30余部優(yōu)秀兒童劇或課本劇《賴寧》《小勇士馬力軍》《“希望號”歡迎您》《美不美》《手拉手，我們是朋友》等一批充滿正能量的兒童劇作。其中，兒童科幻劇《明天飛》，在半年時(shí)間里演出105場，第二年演出272場，觀眾達(dá)25萬人次，引起了國內(nèi)兒童戲劇界的轟動。

為了做好中外文化交流，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)還把《安徒生童話》《格林童話》等外國著名少年兒童文學(xué)作家的優(yōu)秀作品改編成兒童劇演出，讓少年兒童們在生動活潑的氛圍里，吸收外國文化的精華。其中，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)根據(jù)美國童話《綠野仙蹤》改編的童話劇《奧芝國歷險(xiǎn)記》，在國內(nèi)演出了930場，并獲得文化部文華新劇目特別獎(jiǎng)，是浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)的經(jīng)典保留劇目。正是在這出戲的基礎(chǔ)上，前些年，劇團(tuán)又以當(dāng)代兒童的審美視角，全新打造了《果果的綠野仙綜》，表現(xiàn)了“讓童話走進(jìn)現(xiàn)實(shí)”這樣一個(gè)意境。舞臺壯觀不失精美夢幻，演員造型清新亮麗，給孩子們提供了一臺難得的視覺盛宴，受到了小朋友的歡迎。

與此同時(shí)，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)還多次前往新加坡、德國和比利時(shí)等國演出，為外國的小朋友演出《孔子》《花木蘭》《小豬與老豬》等中國兒童劇，把中國的優(yōu)秀文化帶出去。值得一提的是，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)還是祖國大陸第一個(gè)到寶島臺灣演出的兒童劇團(tuán)。

據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，建團(tuán)30年來，浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)在國內(nèi)外累計(jì)演出10000余場，在國內(nèi)外傳播了優(yōu)秀的中國文化藝術(shù)。浙江兒童藝術(shù)劇團(tuán)還先后榮獲全國文化工作先進(jìn)集體、浙江省兒童工作先進(jìn)集體等稱號。與此同時(shí)，團(tuán)內(nèi)還培養(yǎng)了吳燕琳等多位榮獲中國戲劇梅花獎(jiǎng)、文華獎(jiǎng)、話劇金獅獎(jiǎng)及上海白玉蘭獎(jiǎng)、學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的兒童劇優(yōu)秀演職員。

Troupes 30 Years of Dedication to Children

Zhejiang Childrens Art Theater celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2018. On the afternoon of May 5， the troupe launched a Childrens Theater Festival at the troupes theater on Hushu Road in downtown Hangzhou.

The childrens art theaters from all over the country sent representatives to attend the anniversary celebration and watched plays performed in celebration of the 30th anniversary， including some plays staged by troupes from other parts of the country.

At the celebration ceremony on May 5， the Zhejiang Childrens Art Theater staged ， a play based on ， a German fairytale collected by the Brothers Grim. The performance brought down the house.

Other plays performed in the anniversary celebration included ， ， staged respectively by China Childrens Art Theater， Tianjin Childrens Art Theater， and Qingdao Childrens Art Theater. ， the last play of the festival， was performed by the troupe in Zhejiang on June 3.

Zhejiang Childrens Art Theater was officially founded in 1988. The idea about setting up a childrens theater in the province came about in 1982. That year， Zhejiang Drama Troupe performed at a festival for plays for children held in Jiangxi， a neighboring province. Cheng Weijia， the troupe leader， did a survey on his own and learned that there were 21 childrens troupes across the country. Zhejiang Drama Troupe was the only adult troupe. Cheng thought it was a regretful situation for Zhejiang， a province with 8 million children then. After the festival， a group of experts specialized in childrens play visited Zhejiang and proposed that Zhejiang set up the 22nd childrens art theater in the country.

It took six years for the troupe to come into being. Zhou Xianzhen， Qian Yongming， and Qiu Zhigang were appointed to do all the preliminary work for setting the troupe up. Gu Tiangao， Zhous husband who had worked as director of Zhejiang Drama Troupe and director of Art Department of Zhejiang Culture Administration， later joined the task force. The four worked hard to raise funds.

With the support from all over the city， Zhejiang Childrens Troupe was unveiled at a ceremony held at Xinqiao Hotel on April 12， 1988. The Cultural Minister Wang Meng sent a congratulatory inscription for the birth of the troupe. Provincial leaders attended the unveiling ceremony. The founding was covered in the media.

The troupes artists were largely from Zhejiang Drama Troupe， Zhejiang Peking Opera Troupe， and Zhejiang Yueju Opera Troupe. The troupe also enrolled youngsters from the Hangzhou Youth and Childrens Center and a performing art school. The troupe created quite a few original plays. Some of them were performed hundreds of times and one won a top government award in 1995.

In the past 30 years， Zhejiang Childrens Art Theater has created and staged over 30 plays. Some plays are adaptations from primary school textbooks. Some of them are now in the troupes repertoire. ， a science-fiction play， was performed 105 times in the first six months after its debut. In the second year， it was performed 272 times， attracting an audience of 250，000. It was a sensational record in the countrys children entertainment industry.

In order to introduce children to excellent international works， the troupe has also adapted some international classics. ， a play based on ， was a huge blockbuster staged by the troupe. It was performed 930 times across the country and won a special award from the Ministry of Culture. A few years ago， the troupe came up with a new version and renamed it . it has been extremely popular with children.

In the past 30 years， the troupe has staged over 10，000 performances at home and abroad， including performances in Singapore， Germany and Belgium. It is worth mentioning that Zhejiang Childrens Art Theater also performed in Taiwan， the first of its kind in the island province.

Over the past three decades， the troupe has won numerous accolades and many artists of the troupe have won top national honors.
